One of the features I enjoy when I am using Google Plus is how fast my page gets placed with Search Engines. Sometimes right after I posted it on Google Plus, I will conduct a search based on my keywords, there it is listed on the first page. The importance of learning how to use Google Plus.

So why would use Google Plus, there are many logical reasons? The one that attracted me the most is how powerful Google is. When you conduct a search, who do you use. Exactly my point. Google has this capability when utilized for all of your extensive searches. No advertising on their home page, what so ever. You get to type your search without any distractions.

Google Plus has zero requirements for you to follow back for your followers to see your post, not like Facebook or many other Social Media Platforms. Google Plus has enhanced the use of hashtags for your branding.  If you review yesterday's post on how to use and attract an endless stream of prospects, you will understand how to use it wisely with compensation.

When someone shares your post on Google Plus, adds a comment to your article. The spiders that crawl your content sees this as valuable information for your page to enjoy a PR Ranking. Meaning the bounce ratio was impressive for the spiders to gather information that was relevant to searches that have been the domino effect on this topic of search.

When you use Google Plus, you get to see your profile picture on your article. This powerful, you're a human that is sharing relevant information with your readers, it will not get any better than that. Credibility at its finest with the author of the article. The same reason many sites now use

Create Circles and Add Followers to Each Circle:

 A circle is a category that you can add followers to that you have created. You can create any topic for a circle, example your circles might be Family, Friends, Networking, SEO, Web Design as an example of Circles. The advantage is when you post a particular article you may want only to send it to two of your circles that are materially relevant to the followers in the circles. So the followers in the selective circles would be the only ones able to see your post on the stream.

When you create well-designed circles that have the relevant material you're interested in, then it becomes optimized with people, the information you have an interest in educating your abilities. This process allows you to engage with similar minded people within your industry of interest. When you use the actual features of Google Plus that only the people you have selected within your circles for the post your publishing. Using this strategy keeps all of your followers viewing only posts they enjoy or have an interest. 

How To Share a Post on Google Plus:

Click on your profile picture in the top left corner of your page, select the profile or page you want to use from the menu then you can share the update you want to share with your circles. You can also add #hastages to increase your audience; without a limited of only 160 characters for your post.

How useful is your Marketing skills, when writing headlines?

Marketing is a changing environment, what worked yesterday may not work today; if we keep this in mind, we will adopt and implement current market trends in our niche industry. Understand our market is the most important aspect of becoming a very creative and innovator marketer. We can write the most create articles, but if no one reads them, they are useless and nowhere to be found in cyberspace.

Marketing is not only a skill but an “Art”; we need to multiply our audience, gain their attention and entice them to read more of what we are offering. Once we have accomplished this step, we have an opportunity to make a first-class impression. So let’s be fair the most import line on your ad, would be the headline of your article. What we all read first, the headline also knew as the title of any article, book, etc. If it does not trigger our interest, more than as we click on the next item until we found one we like. Let’s review some ideas to writing real ingenious headlines for your ads, articles or eBooks.

-telegraph the promise of a positive benefit.
-emphasize the best; strongest benefits to your niche market.
-outline two and sometimes three benefits on your title that will entice your reader.
-if you can be attractive a creative a title that stimulates curiosity is an absolute bonus.
-stay away from fancy words; keep it simple and easy to understand.
-review and make sure you have used proper spelling and grammar.
-the last one l like using is to make your headline stand alone.

The Stand Alone Test:

What the independent tests means if how much of response have you gotten or will get. Here is an example of this trial, “Write for More Information’ would this draw attention from your audience if they like what they had read so far. This leaves your reader with a moment of curiosity, in most situations they will provide the information you have requested so they can have that information.

Writing creative headlines is an art and science in all of itself, and well worth spending some time learning and mastering. The best headlines written are the ones you find on tabloids, such as “The National Enquirer” (l would strongly recommend and suggest you studying these ads in the tabloids).

They have some of the best Headlines that gain your immediate curiosity and for unknown reasons you have done exactly what they want you to do. Buy their useless material! Here some examples of some innovative and productive headlines those tabloids like to use. “AMAZING DIET SECRETS OF HOLLYWOOD ACTRESS THAT CAUSES OVERWEIGHT LOSS.”
Now you just how to see how this will work for you, and again you buy their magazine again goal accomplished.

So with a little understand of how important a headline is you should review and change your headline or title until it has some of the key ideas l have listed for you.

How do you define the word "LUCK"

This word is a word that is overused in many fields of life, we have all used it in one way or another. We all wish we had a little more luck in our daily lives. Some of the terms how this word is used.

He has so much luck in life.

Only if l had some luck l too could be like him.

Why can't l have in luck in my life?

We could go on and on and never really understand what it means or how it is defined. Luck to me is defined this way, and l will explain why.





Good Luck to all who read this and you apply the above to make yourself luckier in life; only you are in control of your life.


So when you bring this all own together and apply the meaning of each letter you get the correct definition of the word "LUCK".

So when you use the labor involved and obtain the correct knowledge; then you will see your LUCK increase all of a sudden. There is no such thing as luck you can control and create your luck at work, in business by having the correct knowledge to obtain the success that you deserve....................Except if your buying lottery tickets, then it's a whole new word to me also.............If someone founds the definition of that sort of LUCK, please share it with all of us.

Food For Thought, If you think you can.

If you think of yourself as being fat, you will be fat. If you think of yourself as being friendless and of no use to anyone, you can also fulfill those prophecies. The point is that negative imagines are self-destructive and self-fulfilling.

There is no reason for anyone to have a poor self-image on a long term basis, in spite of any excuse that might be offered. The excuse that l heard the most often is that people have been told from early childhood by their parents that they should not strive for individual levels, as they cannot expect ever to be that competent or capable.

It starts at an early age in life, a foundation that can have an everlasting effect on a child and the sad part is we didn't even know that we had something to do with how that child turns out to be. We are all so busy in life that we need to focus and make time to teach our children positive ways and show them encouragement and let them know that you take an interest in all that they do. Whether it's a test result, a picture they just painted or whatever it might be, show real affection to them, and you will see a big difference in your child.

So the next time you see you child sitting all by him or herself, and you walk up to them and ask what the matter is, and they say nothing. Well, we all have heard that statement, you need to stop all your are doing and found the root of why he or she is feeling that way. In most case it only takes a few minutes of your valuable time, but it will be the best few minutes that you invested all day.

How many Managers, understand this concept, the 4-3-2-1 rule?

It will provide you with an actual value of what you are getting for your advertised dollar. Simple but very useful tool, to understand and apply it each and every day....If you where a Manager was working for me and you could not provide me these number daily, we would have a problem?

Who has used this rule in Their Dealership?

Part One. This formula allows you and your Sales Manager to see your progress with how you are handling customers. I will tell you how many customers you had for the day, week and the month. Part two it will allow you and your Sales Manager to know what percentage of the customer are taking a demo drive. Part three it allows your Sales Manager to know how many offers you are getting from your walk in traffic as a percentage. Part four it indicates your closing ratio from all of your efforts....When you understand this concept, you will know where you will need additional training. We are all aware you will always have 100 percent customers so the top number will always be 100 percent.

Part Two is the demo drive....when you take the number of clients and divide them by how many demo drives you had it will provide you with a percentage. I good number is 75 percent of customers should be going on a demo drive.....if you're getting let's say 44 percent you will need to work on how to get more demo drives why are your clients not taking more demo rides with you.

Part Three. Is the offer how many customers are you getting an offer from after you have taken them on a demo drive. It's imperative percentage. It is where most sales people get week or do not have the proper training to get a customer to present an offer; no offers no sales... if your only getting 30 percent of the customers to make an offer, then you will need to focus on what you are not doing....Once you learn this, it will increase, and you will have more sales.

Part Four. Is the actual close, when you make a purchase, you have done all the steps in order, and correctly, now you have earned a commission for your efforts. A good closing ratio, depending on how many customer you spoke to is in around the 17 percent.

Let's review the 4-3-2-1 Rule

4 - is the number of how many clients you spoke to today, so it is always a 100%

3 - is the number of how many clients you took on a demo drive, so it is 75%

2 - is the number of how many clients presented you with an offer, so it is 50%

1 - is the number of clients you close using the above steps, so it is 25%

You made a sale, means you made a commission.. so if you want to make two sales, just double the numbers.

Now that you have an understanding of how this works, please feel free to ask any additional questions on this subject. The most competitive formula you should be sharing with your sales staff, as a Sales Manager. Learn this and you keep your job forever, and more than likely get recruited by other dealers who see your value.

Getting Started with Video Marketing

Video Marketing is increasing at a very high rate. Just in May of 2010 Youtube exceeds over 2 billion viewers a day. Even though it is a new social media platform, it can still be used to market yourself, and it's FREE.

Okay, not 100% free because you still have to buy the equipment to make the video based on the type of video you are going to make. If it is just an introduction video with you talking, then you'll need a video camera or webcam. I would go with a webcam because they're cheaper but the quality is not all that great. If you're going to show others how to do something like and instructional video, then you don't need a video camera or a webcam. Online Instructional videos can be done using free desktop recording software like CamStudio. Camstudio is an excellent way to get started if you don't have a video camera of the webcam.

Once you have the tools to make your video, then start recording. When you're done, use Windows Movie Maker to do your editing. Windows Movie Maker is a free software that comes with most Windows computers now. It is an excellent way to add some animated effects to the video to be more attractive.

The next thing to do is upload the video to Youtube this is where you will add some annotation to the tape so the information will stay in front of your viewers. I have added an example of mine at CHECK THIS OUT

If you are marketing Click-bank ad, you can add an annotation to your video directing your viewers to check out a site, product or service. This type of marketing is not spamming and is easy to do, plus if you're showing a video, you don't have to feel like you're spamming people. What I also do is offer other video makers to add the annotation to their videos and provide a percentage of the sale. I have been very successful with this.

Don't feel like you need to go out and get yourself an expensive video camera just to start creating the video. There are other ways to get started that are less costly and will save you time and money.

I been here at APSense for a long time, have to watch much come and go, it happens part of the process. Iit's like the song "Still Have Not Found What I am Looking For" but every so often you do encounter a member who has talent, desire and most of all the ability to just do it.

I being am honest l was very impress with her on her first day, l did guide her in the correct direction and what she asked at the tim. Wow she had it all figured out how can you not be impressed by someone who just listened to you... If you take some time and review this member, her name is Belinha Fernandes. I decided to write her a testimonial, on her first day, never did that before to anyone here just fact.

When she read that testimony, she was having an off day, and when she read it, it inspired her to get herself motivated and work at what she loves doing. Positive feedback is something you have to earn, with respect and most of the lead like a leader.

When you take the time to appreciate what we all have here, we understand the ability to share and make each us as successful as we possibly can. You can not buy a testimonial here if you; do it has "NO VALUE".

So when you looking other members profiles scrawl down and review and read the section of Testimonials, see how many they have what it say's you know the good ones from the bad ones but each one had a meaning.

This is a follow-up to the original article on Creating Your Own Personal Brand if you have not read the first article. Then this article will not enhance any of your abilities or talents you have as a Marketer on the internet. If you want to fully appreciate the value of this article, then take a few minutes, read and understand the steps there.

For all of us who have read and understand what the value on the open market is for understanding how our Own Personal Brand will be. This is a very vital step of importance, our value in the open market. What price can l charge a client, how do l get more clients to listen to my concepts? We will all have a much better understanding these next four important steps to be applied immediately to your everyday life.

The most important investment you will ever make is when you decide to invest in your abilities and talent, but then again that is not enough to provide the Brand Personality. What makes many very successful is the way people perceived them to be the very best they can be, they just stand out, from the rest. So today you're going to invest in yourself and understand how to Brand Your Personality.

Learn and Master These 4 Steps

1) Provide and deliver your message as clear as possible.
Let's face it, if someone is confused by what you are talking about or trying to deliver, will they actually listen to you at all. You know you have been tuned out by your client, wife, friend or whoever you are talking too. Before you ever deliver a message just think of this powerhouse, what Nike's says.
"Just Do It".

2) You need to have the ability to Motivate people.
Now, what good would a message do if you do not have the ability motivate your team, downline, kid's, and whoever else that you need to motivate? If your message has no enticement for them to take action, so what is your message specifically asking your listeners to do.

3) Have the ability to be able to confirm your credibility with style and testimonials. You can spend countless hours telling your listener that you are the best that money can buy, but without credibility what do you have. Think of some of the best ad's, that shout a clear message to all who hear and to this day stay has an effect.

4) You have to be able to Trigger an emotion of your listener.
You need to feel and produce the adrenalin that "Maytag delivered the comforted and dependability of it the meeting or exceeding your expectation. You need to be able to trigger your listener in a fashion that you are not accustomed to having at the moment. If you do not make this connection your entire strategy will be totally shot down.
