Why Back Links Work

We all know what a back link is, so why do we not use this feature that will enhance your (SERP) not sure why we would not take advantage of this powerful tool. The reason we do not; ls because we have actually to do work to make use of this feature.

How many back links does APSense have at the current moment? If you have a hard time telling me how many we have, then you have no idea how to use the tools we have here at APSense. Understanding this feature will provide your site, with a better Ranking among Search Engines.

Knowing and wanting to learn how to apply additional marketing skills to your already knowledgeable asset, is how you become good at what we promote. Success within your abilities, we provide, up to you to take the time, learn, master and used our features to provide you with more (SERP's).

If you have a desire to start, l will provide you how to do it. We do this every time you think about you will perhaps create a backlink back to your blog, site.

I created this blog for all of the members to use as a landing page.....but few use it, most like and have no idea why l did it...but some do, this l know....so here we go..

When you re-read the title of this article, it has a reason to me writing it. We are here for one logical reason. APSense has the tools we need to use as marketers on the internet. The most important thing you can do when you join APSense creates an open profile, revises it over and over until it is who you are.

This very simple but effective concept will provide you with immediate credibility within our community. It's called "Branding Your Self" providing vital information to whether l have a desire to do business with YOU and Your Company. As a trainer for General Motors in sales, l learned the most important ingredient of success!!! Make a lasting impression, showcase your talents, all you need to do.

We all have this incredible ability for success, but we forget the most important part of this process, is training our minds, on our abilities for future goals in life. Just "STOP"....think about what l just said, we invest for all the wrong reasons. We need to invest in our mindset when we do this the rest comes naturally..

This process indicates all of your weaknesses, constructively, all you have to do is apply the solutions to them. Instead of hoping to the next program, invest in your abilities, learn the systems, follow creative thinkers who understand marketing and achieving your dreams and desires.

Creating Your Own Personal Brand, Part "TWO"

This is a follow-up to the original article on Creating Your Own Personal Brand if you have not read the first article. Then this article will not enhance any of your abilities or talents you have as a Marketer on the internet. If you want to fully appreciate the value of this article, then take a few minutes, read and understand the steps there.

For all of us who have read and understand what the value on the open market is for understanding how our Own Personal Brand will be. This is a very vital step of importance, our value in the open market. What price can l charge a client, how do l get more clients to listen to my concepts? We will all have a much better understanding these next four important steps to be applied immediately to your everyday life.

The most important investment you will ever make is when you decide to invest in your abilities and talent, but then again that is not enough to provide the Brand Personality. What makes many very successful is the way people perceived them to be the very best they can be, they just stand out, from the rest. So today you're going to invest in yourself and understand how to Brand Your Personality.

Learn and Master These 4 Steps

1) Provide and deliver your message as clear as possible. Let's face it, if someone is confused by what you are talking about or trying to deliver, will they actually listen to you at all. You know you have been tuned out by your client, wife, friend or whoever you are talking too. Before you ever deliver a message just think of this powerhouse, what Nike's says.
"Just Do It".

2) You need to have the ability to Motivate people. Now, what good would a message do if you do not have the ability motivate your team, downline, kid's, and whoever else that you need to motivate? If your message has no enticement for them to take action, so what is your message specifically asking your listeners to do.

3) Have the ability to be able to confirm your credibility with style and testimonials. You can spend countless hours telling your listener that you are the best that money can buy, but without credibility what do you have. Think of some of the best ad's, that shout a clear message to all who hear and to this day stay has an effect.

4) You have to be able to Trigger an emotion of your listener. You need to feel and produce the adrenalin that "Maytag delivered the comforted and dependability of it the meeting or exceeding your expectation. You need to be able to trigger your listener in a fashion that you are not accustomed to having at the moment. If you do not make this connection your entire strategy will be totally shot down.

Expert of the Year-Wincer Song

When I first conceived the idea of having an Expert of the Week for the Business Roundtable group, it was because I was running into several APSense members that were knowledgeable and most of all helpful. These were people who went out of their way to help other members and I wanted them to get the recognition that they deserved. So I created that "honor" to see that they did get that recognition

When I decided to bring it back last month I reevaluated the criteria. I wanted to make sure that those chosen were the elite quality members of the site. I evaluate candidates in several areas and I have high standards. I want to know that they are serious. Complete profiles including a photo are a must. They must be active on the site making quality contributions, and they must be generous individuals giving back to this community.

However as 2010 draws to a close, I"m switching things up a bit. I"m announcing an Expert of the year and that person will be the featured member of this group for the rest of the year. This person has worked tirelessly this past year on making APSense better, improving it for all of us.

That Expert is APSense co-founder and programmer, Wincer Song. Wincer has worked hard this past year for the benefit of APSense. Belief me, I know how hard he has been working. We all do. Just look at all the new tools and add-on's he has given us over this past year.

He is very hands-on with the site; reading and topping member blogs, running campaigns to promote members content and getting the members involved through various campaigns to create promotional materials for the site. He is always looking for ways to make the site better for all of us.

I also know Wincer as a person. He's a very approachable guy with a sense of humor. He makes himself available to the members. He is not the typical unknown behind the scenes guy writing code that no one knows or sees. He is "one of us" not a faceless unknown. I have been on APSense a long time and Wincer has always made it a point to be involved with the members.

I can't think of a better way to close out the year than to thank Wincer for all his hard work by naming him the Expert of the Year. Some members even added a few words:

Philippe Moisan- Anyone who starts talking to Wincer discovers he's truly a unique individual. He's a genius, of that, there is no doubt, everyone can see it, with all the changes at APSense, it happens so fast.

Paula van Dun Wincer is one of the most driven and hard working persons I know and very inventive in making APSense the best it can be. What I like most about Wincer is that he is so friendly and approachable.

Dawie Bezuidenhout- The 'Perfect Entrepreneur', this is a term that not many people would ever achieve. Wincer Song is 'The Perfect Entrepreneur', this description fits him like a glove, and he displays to us daily, through his hard work, determination and his quest to create the best business network on the internet, that he is a leader in his field.

Joseph F. BotelhoI has also been a member since the early days of APSense, have watched Wincer lead APSense to where it is today. One of the best Business Social Sites you as a member can ever work with. Wincer has never settled for second, his vision, dream of where and what APSense will become in the future is a vision he has had since day one.

I am going to provide a method that will enhance your thinking here on the internet,
how to earn an income on the internet. Why you joined l hope, you had a burning desire to achieve and earn an income here. Good; glad we got that all of the way.

Now l have your full attention we can now proceed, to this concept it is all about our abilities to be able to market on the internet....Once you learn this ability, it will take dedication, time, effort to be able to perform at this level. I have way more members in this group then l need. I will reduce this group to become an active, productive group.

It's another week and time to usher out on expert and usher in a new one. One of My criteria for determining the expert is how much time and effort I see them putting into helping others. This week's expert never seems to get tired of Scam-busting and fighting spam. He has created a group specifically targeted toward helping members avoid being scammed. I just learned that Amazon.com has high ticket items, that is they have products with a ticket price tag of $10,000, shocking right? They have over 10,000 such items. Hold on to your hat, they also have products that sell for - are you ready for this? - they have affiliate items that sell for $1,000,000,000.00 yup, you read it right that is One Million Dollars.

There are several members that were grandfathered in by me, but eventually they will stop participating and just become dead weight. All new members of this club will pay a very low monthly cost but whenever people pay for a service they tend to respect it and make good use of it. Don't be a Twitter follower... Learn 6 Ways To Be A Twitter Leader

There is much more to Twitter than using keywords. Have you ever noticed the difference in your following and follower counts. Your Following count seems to be much more than your followers.

Why is that?

It's because you're trying to follow everyone and everybody to sell them on your business opportunity. When your following count is bigger than your follower count you're a follower or someone who just wants to spam everyone you are following. You don't have any valuable information to offer so, people who were following you will UN-Follow you. Leaving you look like a follower instead of a leader.

There are 6 ways you can fix this:

1. Start offering valuable information
People want solutions to their problems and if you offer a solution they will keep coming back for more. (Returning customers)

2. Don't follow just anyone
Remember Target Market? Find your Target Market on Twitter. You have to find your audience before you can offer an opportunity. If someone is posting on Twitter Sports information they want nothing to do what you're offering unless it's about sports and Don't follow girls who offer sexual pics. It's very tacky and not good for business.

3. Only post about your business opportunity once in the morning, once in the afternoon and again at night. All other posts should offer some kind of value.
Advertising less is better, people are tired of sales pitches and they will smell you coming before you have a chance to present your opportunity. Add a post about your opportunity 3 times a day.

4. The link in your post should go to your blog or personal website instead of the lead page. This lets people know that you have information that is valuable to them and you're not trying to push your opportunity on them. Creates a good relationship.

5. Archive your following count. This is very easy to do. Go to the list of people your are following. Click on the link that looks like a gear for each person you are following. If they are following you there will be a direct message link in the drop down box. If there is not one then that person has chosen to not follow you. I would UN-Follow them back because they are not getting your posts and you are getting all their posts. If you have a lot of people this will be time-consuming but worth it. If you are just starting out you can implement this in your daily routine.

6. Re-post your followers post.This will get your followers to re-post your postings. Why is this such a big deal, well because if they re-post they are telling other who may not be following you about your post. Therefore, you get more readers!

Now that you now the 6 ways to become a leader on Twitter you should have no problem becoming successful. Don't be a follower, be a leader!
