RevPages Have Many Abilities for Successful Promoting

When l created my first RevPages it was for one simple reason, see what it was all about and how useful it could benefit us all. I took my time reviewed all the features, learned them all, then decided to create a page we can study and learn from it. The point l am trying to make here is not to look at the product, but review the quality I laid out.

If you ask yourself what do I promote and what do I enjoy, then it will become natural, to produce what I did, passion, honesty and most of all just be yourself. The key here is to have everything work and lead all your readers to where you want to go like l do with all my links that clickable, point vital clickable.

Then what l did with that RevPages was added to all my other blogs, websites, and Twitter for fun see how it all played out. The results were good, but l was looking for was feedback on the page, not the Dodge Truck. Not many members got it. Instead, some decide to leave URL, others left comments towards the truck, others just dumb miss spelled words.

The key here is back links when you use it correctly with the RevPage, what l did with mine was provide you ideas on what you can create, stop looking at the truck play with the information, the links, etc., etc. get good at it then rewards come to you.

So go back have a look and learn from what you have at your finger tips, use it to it's fullest power, make it work and spread it.

APSense Administration Team Announcement

As I’m sure, you all noticed the changes with the upgrade. As APSense grows into a more professional site, other changes are also being made including putting in place an official APSense Administration/Support team. There will be Admins, Moderators, and Advisers. Please check the APSense Wiki to find out what each does.


Moderators

You can find a List of Moderators on the Wiki. Moderators are in charge of different add-ons and Niche Communities. You can find out who is responsible for each area on the Wiki.

Advisers

You can find the Adviser responsibilities in the Wiki also. We will be building a team of Advisers to help members. As counselors are added to the team, you will be able to find their information also.


Admins

A new addition to the team is admins. Admins will work directly with Wincer and will have admin powers for the site to remove spam and abuse, and scammer profiles. Please check the Wiki to see what the Admin responsibilities s are. It is the function of the Admins to keep APSense clean and to run smoothly to free Wincer’s time to work on updates and improvements to the site.

Admins will also verify and delete abusive spam posts. Posts will only be removed if the post falls into the accepted categories listed in the radio buttons.

The official APSense admins are:

Bill Brown( Bjantiques)-Bill has been a member of the APSense team since the beginning and has invested many hours in helping APSense members.

Cheryl Baumgartner (pplcheryl63)-Cheryl has been a member since 2007 and has been a member of the APSense team since the launch of APSense 2.0

Paula Van Dun-Paula has been a member since 2010 and has shown herself to be proactive in assisting members since she joined.

If you have questions about the upgrade, please contact one of the Admins. Once we get advisers in place, you will be able to communicate with them also. The goal is to build APSense into a professional, trustworthy network and that effort is being rewarded in our lower Alexa rankings.

Official Site Announcements

It is important as we move forward after the upgrade that members, know where to find official site information. Any member may post articles, but these are not in any way official or endorsed by Wincer.

The only official site announcements come from the site admins. Also authorized to make official statements are Joseph Botelho and, of course, Wincer Song as the owner.

STARS ALSO KNOW HOW TO USE THE RIGHT MESSAGE WITH THE right audience at the right time. They are superb communicators. But being a good communicator doesn't always mean "being on." In fact, one of the things that average performers do wrong is to communicate over: Every day, they send another memo to the boss. They chatter on, but they have done anything to contribute. People turn a deaf ear to them. Star performers know how to time their message, and how to craft them, so people pay attention.

If you want to excel at "show and tell," understand your audience: What moves people in a particular audience? Who do they listen to? What languages makes sense to them?

For one person, it's going to be dollars; for another, it's going to be valued. You match that language with the way you deliver information---whether you're making a presentation, sending a memo, or cornering someone in the hallway to test an idea.

Figure out the message that moves people, put it into the language they speak and deliver it in a way that works for them.

The whole concept here is for you to understand how to perform without even having to think about what you're doing, working at your highest ability. Showcasing your talents and address solutions that provide the reason for your audience to listen to what you're saying.

First of all, I would like to mention, that this article is not based on my experience only, but on some research, I did in forums and ezines also.

There are many reasons why it is tough to succeed online, but most of the time, people do succeed in spite of having the odds stacked against them.

One of the most important elements for success online is to have an unstoppable mindset. The people who succeed in their online home business are always having a higher desire for success as compared to others.

One of the important factors to success online is to sell YOURSELF online.

If you don’t do that, you will never make it big online.

Here is why.

You can compare the Internet is to a large ocean. If you have a website, it means nothing. A website without traffic or a good brand is like Robbie Williams singing in his backyard without any audience. His songs are great, but if nobody notice him, how can he be famous and a born entertainer? The later one is what he wants you to believe. His way to sell himself!

So how do you sell yourself online?

Always focus on your strengths and talk about them often!
People respect authority and power. So if you promote your strengths, people will take notice of you. What are you good at? Writing? Networking? Coaching? Let everyone know about it. If you do not believe in yourself, you cannot expect other people to believe in you.

Always give more than you receive!

People who are giving more than what is expected will also receive a lot! When people see in you a giver, you will gain a lot of followers and people will listen to you. Take a blog for example when you talk to people about how to sell online, giving away a lot of free tips, this will help to brand yourself as an expert and people will come back for more information and tips!

Do not hesitate to promote yourself whenever you have a chance!

People who support themselves, their own or affiliate products and programs dynamically and with a pinch of aggressiveness will always outdo the hesitant once. If you are afraid to promote yourself or your products whenever you have a chance, you will not succeed!

By understanding these principles, you will get your foothold on the net!

A New Look For APSense is around the corner

Wincer and "The APSense Team" have been working behind the scene on improvements, which will allow us to have more flexibility and additional exposure for all the members to improve their marketing skills.


I had a glimpse of what it will look like a few weeks ago and today seen the almost finished product. Wincer is and has always had one goal in mind, to be one of the most successful "Business Social Media Sites". Reviewing and Understand who and what you want in life.

Reviewing and having a look at yourself, no one knows you better than you. I like what Cheryl wrote it made a lot of good sense we all need to see what direction we are going and making the changes to improve us overall standards of living.

Knowing our weakness is so important, and then we can carry out the correct adjustments so we can stay on track of our dreams, goals and have this ability will help us reach our destination. No need for big changes just minor tune ups here and there reminding us of what we already knew most of the time.

So next time things are not going your way take your time and find your weakness, or what is holding you back and then you will know what the answer is to correct your problem. It's all about making your attitude stronger as you drive to become the best you can be in life.

Take a sheet of paper out, turn it sideways, so the long side is the top of the page. Belief or not, relax your brain. Now in the middle of this sheet of paper, write you are main why in life.

Now start writing additional information that is related to your why in life, mess around, have fun with your obstacles that are holding you back. You will be pleasantly surprised on how easy it is to improve and eliminated them obstacles that are holding you back in life.

What you're doing is providing your abilities an opportunity to understand how to overcome and move forward from your emotions. Your mind needs to be focused, and this is the only way you can direct it to the right and positive direction of self-improvement.

When you Hate Things, Transform them Into Goals

If we all go back into our childhood, we will recall and only pursued things we enjoyed and loved. How could you stop playing your favorite game as a child only cause you sat on the bench and you hate that feeling? The important thing here is you never forgot what it felt like when you cheered on your teammates and loved the celebration when the game came to an end. You would always come back the follow day and practiced hard to get your opportunity to shine.

We all got older, perhaps wiser; we decided to avoid all the confrontation regarding all the things we hated and started avoiding them instead of meeting them head on. We started to thinking entirely differently here, instead of getting excited about next's weeks game, we only thought about how we had failed at the previous match.

We just forgot of how much we loved the game we all played as kids, only concentrated on our defeats instead of thinking of the fences or whatever sport you enjoyed as a child. The mind has that ability to make or break your progress, we all forget we have this ability to revise it before it becomes the success of our choice.

If you have this type of thinking, who is at fault here, who do you blame, how do you correct it? It's a fact that happened to me, and l will share it with all who reads this article. When l down fault back on 2004, my dad told me one thing that l never forgot, and very glad l listened to him. He said to me you want to see the real problem! I looked at him and said yes l would appreciate that information, will then go to the bathroom and look in the mirror you will see the problem.

Take your time and re-read this again, you will understand life is all about how we program our attitudes. When we program it we then have the ability to do whatever it is we programmed our minds to achieve. It's only an article, l feel if you apply this to your life, you will understand the real meaning of benefiting from your hate obstacles in life.

Why should I share other people's stuff

It has been told many times; it is important to share with social media.

Many people do, but many people share only their stuff.

Why do they only share their stuff?

Because they think that sharing content of others does not help their business or branding.

WRONG!

Of course, it depends on what you share. If you share useful tips and blogs that can help people in some way, and you do that on a regular basis, this can contribute to brand you and therefore help your business:


When i.e. you tweet or re-tweet quality content this will get noticed (be patient). Will result in people spontaneously following you.
The people that see that you shared their content will like that and feel good. What better first impression can you make than make people feel good? They will view your profile, maybe connect and return the favor. Now this is very powerful! When other people recommend your, service/product/content it has more impact that when you recommend it yourself.

When you share content on social media sites, you are also promoting that social media site. Will help these social media sites to grow. All members from that social media site, including you, benefit from that.

How big your personal exposure and influence on social media is, depends on your individual efforts. Building connections and being active in a positive way by posting quality content are important. There are many articles on these subjects in the Kooiii article section. The other thing important is to lead by giving a good example.

Is It The Product, Or The Company, Or The People?

What I'm about to share here is very crucial for anyone who is looking to create a good online presence. Personally, I'm not the kind of person who promotes companies or products, but here's the thing; there's always that particular one that just gets you thinking - Heck, why not; tell the world!


Ever since I started putting myself in front of the camera, I have developed this passion for attaining greater heights; and have to say, the more I climb, the more I realize that there's so much space up there for anyone who's serious about succeeding. A great quote I got from somewhere (I can't remember who said it) - "Don't plan to stay at the bottom because it's always crowded, aim for the top; up there's a lot better."


Now my point is, I joined my company based on the team, not the product. I mean, what makes a business thrive or stand out? The people of course! Without a substantial group of people, there'll be no well-known brand or establishment today that would have lasted as long as they have. People make businesses work. With that said; the product I use sells itself, and that's a fact!


Video marketing has fast become the best mode of sending out information to people. Sites like youtube and the rest of them are brilliant, but sometimes you just needed that space, away from the noise, away from prying eyes, away from the ads, away from idea snatchers; just you and your prospects, just you and your loved ones, just you and your team. A platform where you can afford to stream out as many videos as possible to as many people who are connected to you; and also connect with new ones quickly in the process.


OK, I know I've babbled too much here! To wrap it up, I believe in joining people than companies. Why? It's because companies might not last for long, but friendships thrive, amidst the challenges; it's a no brainier!

What if You Took, APSense Seriously, What would Happen

When you re-read the title of this article, it has a reason to me writing it. We are here for one logical reason. APSense has the tools we need to use as marketers on the internet. The most important thing you can do when you join APSense creates an open profile, revises it over and over until it is who you are.

This very simple but effective concept will provide you with immediate credibility within our community. It's called "Branding Your Self" providing vital information to whether l have a desire to do business with YOU and Your Company. As a trainer for General Motors in sales, l learned the most important ingredient of success!!! Make a lasting impression, showcase your talents, all you need to do.

We all have this incredible ability for success, but we forget the most important part of this process, is training our minds, on our abilities for future goals in life. Just "STOP"....think about what l just said, we invest for all the wrong reasons. We need to invest in our mindset when we do this the rest comes naturally..

This process indicates all of your weaknesses, constructively, all you have to do is apply the solutions to them. Instead of hoping to the next program, invest in your abilities, learn the systems, follow creative thinkers who understand marketing and achieving your dreams and desires.

How to find the Real Person behind the Profile Picture

In my previous article titled "Are You Not Beautiful?", I had pointed to the violation of APSense code of conduct by some of the members. While self-introspection and voluntary action was expected and my nature or etiquette was not permitting me to expose people, I had to do some research a la reverse engineering!


I had come across several celebrities like models and Bollywood film actresses on FaceBook and wondered whether they all had reached the end of their career and had no work to do but chat with people like you and me. To my horror, I found three or four Katrina Kaif's (Bollywood actress) all talking among themselves.


My quest for ascertaining facts led me to TinEye! I have culled out the following from their website:

* TinEye is a reverse image search engine. You can submit an image to TinEye to find out where it came from, how it is being used, if modified versions of the image exist, or to find higher resolution versions.

* TinEye was created by Idée Inc. Idée develops advanced image identification and visual search software for wire photo agencies, stock photography firms, media entertainment companies and some of the world's leading imaging firms including Adobe Systems Inc., iStockphoto, and Associated Press.

Solution for Network Marketing Tug-A-War

Being in network marketing is hard when there is so many to choose from to start making money. If you're just starting out, you are probably overwhelmed by how many there are. You are probably getting bombarded with people trying to sell you on their opportunity that sounds excellent.

It's like tying you to a rope and playing tug-a-war as to who is going to sign you up. You are probably feeling like you are being tugged in a hundred different directions, and it is wearing you out. Believe me, I know the feeling. I have been where you are at, and it is time for you to cut the ropes.

Start by evaluating each opportunity

Stability - Make sure the company has been in business for at least five years.
Do they have a legal product/service that has a high demand?
What is the commission based on recruiting or sales? If based on recruiting it's a scam.
Look at how fast you will generate income. If you are spending more on the ADP than you are in commissions, you will lose money. There are opportunities that require a one-time fee with no ADP obligations. One that comes to mind is Multipure.
Attend the seminars and learn what you can from each company.

This list may sound like a lot of work, but it will save you time and money. When you do find the right opportunity, stay F.O.C.U.S., Follow One Coarse Until Successful. Will keep you from being pulled in a hundred different directions.

Also, stay consistent. Most of the successful Network Marketers I have met say that the Key to their success was being consistent. It will build your credibility to market online and people will be more apt to follow you no matter what you do.

Another is to work as a T.E.A.M., Together Everyone Achieves More. Working as a team will give you ideas to build your business. Have you heard the phrase,"Two Heads are better than one"? People on your team may have some ideas to share with you. If you find something that works then share it with your team. Their success is your success.

You can't do every single network marketing program that tugs on you so you have to narrow it down to the one that is suitable for you. These are just a few ways you can free yourself from network marketing tug-a-war.

Do you know what an Opp. Hopper is

An Opp. Hopper is a person that hops from one opportunity to another. Opp. Hoppers are looking for the golden ticket and never stay in one opportunity long enough to see success to the end.

Yesterday I commented on a facebook post about working more than one opportunity, and I commented on it. Then today I read a response to the entire post that made me look at what I was doing. The response read, "Looking at this from a different perspective...Would you rather sign-up under a leader 100% committed to a company, or one who was involved in several?"
I never thought about it this way

I was looking at my profile today and was reading some comments on my posts, and a friend woke me up to the realization that I am an Opp. Hopper. I am sorry friends, but it is true I have been working my butt off on two different opportunities this past month and feel ashamed.

It seems that I have been preaching to others to build their credibility rankings, and I have not been listing to my advice. Hopping from opportunity to opportunity is not good for anyone's credibility I for one should know this. I feel I have let my friends down especially for those who have invested in me to help build their TEAM.

I am not going to list the opportunities I am involved with or the people that shed some light on my wrong doing. But I will say this, I am going to fix this issue by sticking with one opportunity and seeing it through. This honesty may hurt my credibility ranking, but I am an honest person even in the articles I write. I am giving my word that I will fix this so that everyone comes out on top and no one will feel they have been betrayed. Mistakes are meant to be made so we can learn from them and move on. If no one made mistakes no one would hear a thing. I hope you will learn from my mistake and not become an OPP. Hopper. Find one you believe in, trust in and run with it. Give it at least two years because daddy always told me that it take two years to find out if a business is going to work or fail.

With that being said I hope that everyone whom I have let down will forgive me and understand that I am only human. I am here to help if you can find it in your heart to forgive.

What is Your dream in Life

We all have dreams, we all want to be accepted and become successful in life, lead, show leadership to our kids and provide them with opportunities in life. So how do we accomplish this? We all try to do this, but we have this ability to change our mind, it is an obstacle, we think we have but do we Nope not at all.  Why??

Simple, we are not focused on our desires and dreams nope we are not this is a problem, how do we fix it or revise it? The million dollar .question. The key is when you wake up in the morning, and you see yourself in that mirror in the bathroom you will see the problem. Your attitude needs to be adjusted, not that bad, you have the ability to change it, just need the desire to do it.

When you see yourself in that mirror, and you realize it, then you have the ability to perform at a different level. And make your dreams come true or goals, we do have this ability you know why l did it that way, my dad told me you like to see the problem, just go to the bathroom, and you will see the problem. "YEP IT WAS ME"

See it is all pretty simple it all starts on how we think and what we desire, question is what do you desire and what are you going to change to make it happen.

Goodbye to an idol and role model-Ron Springs

Today I learned of sad news out of Dallas TX. Former Cowboys Ron Springs running back passed away yesterday after a 4-year coma. I'm not much of a football fan, so I'll explain why this news is sad for me.

I grew up in what back then was a small city, Williamsburg VA. One thing Williamsburg did well in those days produced NFL Players. Or maybe I should say my old Alma mater Lafayette High School did it well. There was a point when three young men occupied the gridiron at the same time. Who could have know that all three would end up in the NFL?
Lawrence Taylor of the NY Giants, Mel Grey of the Philadelphia Eagles and Ron Springs of the Dallas Cowboys.

These three men belonged to us. Those of us who walked those halls identified with them. Then were role models to all of us and we sat in classes with siblings or cousins of these NFL Superstars. They were something big from our tiny little town, and we all claimed them with pride. Pride in our city and pride in our school.

I can still remember Ron walking across the stage in the auditorium on the day we had a special assembly to retire his jersey. And when he walked out on that stage it was not so big time celebrity, it was one of us. Ron was a Lafayette Ram, an alumni of our school. And he gave us something that day. Someone we could look up to as an example of success. We felt like we weren't some dinky little school in a backwater town, he gave us pride in who we were.

Today I found out that one of those bright lights, one of those icons of my youth is gone. He will be missed not just by his family but by those of us he belonged to as a fellow Ram. Rest in Peace Ron, you will always be an idol to us.

Thank you for taking the time Cheryl and writing a very particular article on one of life's real hero's, who gave it all, on the field and off the field. May god bless him and his family.

Getting Started with Video Marketing

Video Marketing is increasing at a very high rate. Just in May of 2010 Youtube exceeds over 2 billion viewers a day. Even though it is a new social media platform, it can still be used to market yourself, and it's FREE.

Okay, not 100% free because you still have to buy the equipment to make the video based on the type of video you are going to make. If it is just an introduction video with you talking, then you'll need a video camera or webcam. I would go with a webcam because they're cheaper but the quality is not all that great. If you're going to show others how to do something like and instructional video, then you don't need a video camera or a webcam. Online Instructional videos can be done using free desktop recording software like CamStudio. Camstudio is an excellent way to get started if you don't have a video camera of the webcam.

Once you have the tools to make your video, then start recording. When you're done, use Windows Movie Maker to do your editing. Windows Movie Maker is a free software that comes with most Windows computers now. It is an excellent way to add some animated effects to the video to be more attractive.

The next thing to do is upload the video to Youtube this is where you will add some annotation to the tape so the information will stay in front of your viewers. I have added an example of mine at CHECK THIS OUT

If you are marketing Click-bank ad, you can add an annotation to your video directing your viewers to check out a site, product or service. This type of marketing is not spamming and is easy to do, plus if you're showing a video, you don't have to feel like you're spamming people. What I also do is offer other video makers to add the annotation to their videos and provide a percentage of the sale. I have been very successful with this.

Don't feel like you need to go out and get yourself an expensive video camera just to start creating the video. There are other ways to get started that are less costly and will save you time and money.

Trying to Think of a Title, l guess This will do

Have not been as active as l should be here at APSense...have not written any "NEW" material until just now. I been watching all of the live streams, l may not always reply, but l watch. Read most of the articles posted unless it is another useless article on how l am going to be very productive and fruitful.

The APSense Team, created this site based on the ability of being able to share items that had benefits, to all our members. Capacity to express your view point, not how productive l am going to make you. That is not happening seen the way to my program that had the "Lick and a Promise."

To be honest with all of you l have just laid back and just watched, and quite frankly what l read is not all that original, has no feeling from the writer, meaning and certainly not free...This has had an effect on why l have not been as active as l have been.... Seen it all, almost from day one....most of us here have no idea, what APSense has to offer us.

Too busy looking for that magical dust, like the TV show "I dream of a Jennie" snap your finger and wow your wish has been commanded why most of us will never make a dime on the net we forget to plan our success, we feel it should come naturally not happening at all.

I see articles being topped that have no reason for receiving that honor, l see articles that have been written by other writers and no credit being applied to the original author. That's not right at all illegal to do that, on the internet. So l sit back and can not come up with a title tonight like l said this one will work.


Some may understand this article most will just not even figure out why l wrote it...
oh well, why not many make it on the internet.

What Makes Apsense so Different From other Social Sites

I feel like an absolute "NEW" member right at this very moment. I have been away from here, most of you know why nothing to do with APSense's at all, due to the loss of my dad back in early June of this year. I have been a member of Apsense since the beginning of the days, so do have an idea of what l am going to share with ALL who reads this. Since today is his Birthday, l decide to come back made perfect sense to me!

The reason l find it hard ever to leave for the very simple fact, you will not find any other Social Site you join the tools and the opportunity you have at your fingertips. Not a get rich site; no promises made towards your success and what l mean by that you can enjoy all the features for free if you decide to stick around. What good are all the characteristics, if you never learn how to use them effectively.

Getting back to my point on why l feel like a new member, for the changes and improvements that the team within Apsense has made for all of us to benefit the rewards from. How many other Social Sites change features and provide you with all the advantages you have here to use effectively as changes on the internet occur daily. I came back, and l was lost for about 32 seconds. l said wow this is entirely different; I tested the new stuff out one by one. Created my first Rev Page, checked out all the different areas l needed too.

Now how many people can say that about other sites having an impact with features that have been revised, improved and most of all able to promote you more efficiently than three months ago. Why they care, the more we work within Apsense, the more back links we created with in the web. Sorry, what is the cost again for being a member. Not necessary most will never upgrade or be able to effectively use the system, but we need them also. TWhy you fail, actually at any site.

Learn the system here at Apsense, promote your product with out having to use Spam. Set up your profile is the very first step in our community, use your real picture. People will buy from a real person, not from some dumb picture that has been posted by you. You're in business to make money, l hope l am correct, and you have this burning desire for success. If you understand what l just wrote, you will go back to your home page and review your Business Center.


Success comes to all who have a burning desire, means one thing was working smart within the team, learning from other members, joining groups. By the way, l created a couple of groups and planned on carrying out each and every missions statement l promised all who joined one of my groups. Yea l been away but not l am back, going to make sure Apsense becomes the biggest Social Site in the industry. See if this happens several things will happen you will all become very successful, if you learn what Apsense will teach you and what you get to form other members.

I am going to add links and reliable information to make sure you all become successful and re start my journey on making Apsense the most successful Social Site on the internet. But l need your loyal support and a burning desire to chase a dream that will all have. Starts right after you read this blog, you need to do one thing in life change your attitude. If you're in for the money not happening, you need to earn it before you can have it then you can spend it, buy things and enjoy a beautiful life with money.

"How Can You Earn an Income on the Internet"

There is only one basic answer to that question for me, and that is to "Get Connected."
Everyone is getting connected, so you better think about comparing yourself and your business to everyone!

Since the inception of the internet our world of commerce has changed drastically and social media with all it's various forms are becoming or should I say have become the dominant form of interaction. Online tools like pod-casts, blogs, search engines, video, and audio, just to name a few have been deployed into media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Apsense along with marketing sources such as About.me offer realistic ways to get involved and productive for yourself and your business. It is the new media, the "me media" or "you media" for marketing in this new age of business.

Connecting your business to other firms, clients, and potential customers are essential as the old rules of business won't help you much. Survival depends on connecting, creating "real" value, speaking authentically and building trust with everyone. And everyone means your customers, colleagues and ~ yes ~ even your competitors.

So let's go back to ~ How Can You Earn an Income on the Internet? ~ then just sit and think for a minute - and ask yourself:
"How are you going to build your business and get your name out there?"
Well, first you must understand that business has been forced or is being obliged to change and this, in turn, changes everything we know about business and how you are going to have to connect yourself, your brand, your products, and your services. Your game plan will be to spread the word and your message far and wide; consider it has become a global market for yourself and your business. Part of that plan is to understand your 'target market" and connect with them and then build a relationship.

We all have access to the new technology, the internet, and the new age mobile devices that are out there, and these are the tools which connect you. Using these tools in conjunction with the social media tools I mentioned previously are the channels that will work for you as you work to add value, your voice and the ability to connect with your consumers; so Engage~Inform~Educate by taking part in the social communities available. It's driven by the time you need to invest, not so much by the money that you invest.

The people that are connecting and doing so through these tools and channels are growing their personal brand and their business and are rivaling some of the biggest corporations on the planet. You have the size, the power, the audience and the influence to become the entrepreneur you desire. Connect, communicate, share and grow your business and you will find the implications are massive. You as an individual and a company owning entrepreneur have only one choice: get involved, build your awareness and combine everything and you can eclipse your competition.


So - how can you earn an income on the internet - simple:

Do you believe lazy marketers can be educated

Very well written article by one of the senior writers at APSense, take the time to review and leave a comment for feedback on this article written by Philippe Moisan

First, let me define what I mean by a lazy marketer. It's a person who will in do one or many of the following things:

1. Send a link to you in a PM right after accepting your contact request
2. Send a contact request to you, and then send a link in a PM right after you received
3. Post a link as a comment in your article
4. Post 2-word comments like "great info", "good article", "nice site"
5. Copy and paste parts of the content of your article as a comment
6. Puts truckloads of links in profile, no personal info at all
7. "I will add bio later."
8. Writes very short articles
9. Puts only a banner as the article content
10. Copies an article from another source and doesn't reveal he/she is not the original author
11. Repeats in the "write review" section of a RevPage what was written in the "About" section
12. Joins "add a comment" campaigns writing the same comment in every campaign, what I call a pass-through comment
13. Writes a testimonial to a member but doesn't mention anything specific about the member, or worse, advertises something
14. Jumps from one program to another instead of working the programs he/she is part of
15. Puts a link into the status
16. Creates a group but doesn't post subjects
17. Will put only minimal info in his/her APSense Business Center ( ABC )

I'm sure I could find other things to add to the list. I expect people were reading the article will make suggestions. They are welcome to do so. I will top your comments.

Now, some people believe that marketers that practice these ways of "building" a business can't or won't change.

I believe otherwise. Of course, I don't expect to be able to make every lazy marketer change habits. But if I'm successful at educating just a few, well, to me, it's worth the effort.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I see less lazy marketing at APSense nowadays. I'm not saying there is none at all. But it mostly comes from new members who:

* Think they can get away with it
* Are not well informed as to the proper ways of doing business
* Are in a hurry to have other members join their programs

Do you take the time to say politely to someone sending you a link in a PM that you don't accept unsolicited links? I've done that many times. I've rarely been blocked afterwords. Those that are upset, I guess it would have been a waste of time to try to build a relationship with that person in the first place.

Are you afraid to use the "report abuse" link? Don't be. Nothing bad will happen to you. Back in the last months of 2010, not only did I use the link repeatedly, but Dawie and I used to go spam hunting. We found some wicked fun in doing so. Any member who had abused an article soon became known as a nonserious marketer.

When I see a link to the status, I click the "Add comment" in the News Feed and suggest to the member that it might be better to post something else to get better attention from important members.

Don't put truckloads of links in your profile. I believe most members will just pass by, cause they'll see you as someone who is int interested in building relationships. Realize we are all marketers at APSense. There are tens of thousands of us, with more than 150 new members every day.

The ABC is an awesome resource for someone not having his/her website. Learn to use it. Look at what other members have done, be inspired by their efforts.

Please don't use testimonials as a spam tool. It can be so much valuable. You'll see, after some time, when many people get to know and appreciate you, you'll get testimonials, and you'll understand the value.

Writing 2-word comments is useless. Please, just top the article. Seeing a ton of "good article" in comments is not something a serious marketer looks forward to. We want to know something about you, or if you share additional information, people will look forward to your articles.

Writing very short articles doesn't look very professional. There are exceptions, like when we just put an Easter Bunny, that's enjoyable. :)

Parents have the ability to control the confidence in kids

This happened to me last night l watched this young man my son walking from the dressing room, he had just played the worse possible game, and no one knew it more than him. He was fighting the puck all night, without any or much support from his teammates. I watched his body language which indicated that his self-esteem, confidence was at the lowest form it could be at.

I keep an eye on him every step as he got closer and closer to all of the parents who like myself were waiting for their son's, he looks at me and say's dad don't say a word, please. I walked with him as we passed all the other parents, not a single word was spoken in fact they turned their backs on us. I was hoping to hear a sound or a word or two of encouragement some team spirit, but none was shared with us as we both walked out of the arena.


I had never felt so much pain as l did at that moment in time, more pain then when l lost most of my wealth in 2004. Here is a young adult and he had just learned one of the most valuable lessons in life, human behavior at its best. I told him, what you felt and seen tonight will prepare you for what to expect in life, humans will always have the reaction in a manner that will create friction.

I told him of how proud l was, for him holding his head up high as he walked by the other parents, you did it the right way. I was on my mind the whole hour plus drive home, the looks from the other parents, it was like we were something that didn't even existed.

So when l got home l spent about an hour composing an email to all the parents and shared my feelings and thoughts of what we had just experienced and asked one very simple question how would you have reacted if it was you in my shoes and you son in my son's shoes. Perhaps some of you have shared my experience, and perhaps other never will truly understand what had happened. The bottom line it's only a game yes at a high level, and the expectations are great but are we not forgetting one thing these kids are only 13 and 14 years of age.

Did l do the right thing by sending an email out last night, l know one thing my wife will provide me with an earful, but she wasn't there to feel what we felt last night.
