Have not written an article here at APSense for awhile, been busy here watching all our new members making a real effort on learning what APSense has to offer. Understanding this concept will enhance your overall performance here or at any other "Social Business Media site."

We all know and understand that negative emotions will prevent you from communicating at a level that is positive. We all should have learned from teenagers caught up in the throes of puberty, rather shocking and scary at times but very real. They become heartbroken; they stop thinking and withholding their thoughts from you. There is a difference here; the teenager has what they call a hormone imbalance to blame. We as the adult have one thing to think about, what is our excuse?

We as adults have no excuses at all; we are all capable of success it is there for all of us to seek it and have that burning desire to understanding the "ART" of controlling your negative emotions. The keys phrases to fully understanding this concept is know the following areas where we all can control. Learning not to be afraid is a vital step, learn to take risks in whatever you do, experiment it like a scientist until it works.

Now we as humans have one very server problem will all naturally have negative emotions that can control our abilities to think clearly. Hate to say this but l also have them, you can learn how to identify these negative emotions, control them and thoroughly revise them into positive opportunities, as try each and every day. It is just another obstacle in your daily routine, so turn it into a positive situation.

We all need to understand this very vital step, once we have mastered this concept, it will enable us, to become leaders, not followers. Why would follow, when you can lead!! How to effectively Use Personalized Postcards

A very powerful tool, in your business marketing approach of maintaining customers for life. One of the most difficult tasks to handle, why because it takes great discipline here to accomplish this next step. The reason l say it's hard, is because you have just left to go on vacation with your family, wife, girlfriend or whoever you left with. Not imperative who you're with, What is important is the steps you will need to make this vacation into a real working vacation.

It doesn't matter what type of business you're involved with. What is important is the ability to build client loyalty is no easy feat. You need to be able to romance your customer for as long as he or she is your client. A very complicated and long process before she or he buys from you, it may take up to five years or more, depending on what you're selling. We all know about sending out little "reminder" postcard to remind the client that it is time to do business with you again. Nothing new about this process, would you not agree. Those techniques will stimulate some interest and perhaps turn into new found business.

Now let's take the topic of Personalized Postcards to the next level. When you leave for a vacation, in additional to all of your luggage bring your list of clients with you and a big stack of postcards. Well, you're on the plane ride to your vacation destination, instead of catching some sleep or reading a magazine. Start addressing your letters to your clients and write a brief personal message on the back of each postcard.

You can fill each and every postcard the same simple way, the moment you land all you need to do is buy local stamps and send the postcards off and enjoy the rest of your holiday.

What's the present? The present is something simple, an inexpensive little gift that you will have to buy for all of your clients you sent a postcard to. When you give your client the gift, it will strengthen your relationship with one another, and also provide you a reason to drop by and see if they want to do some business. Its pretty slick and it works.

How to Romance Your Client Well Achieving Rewards

Developing the Art and understanding how to create a personal relationship with your clients is such a dynamic and cost-effective method of retaining your customers for life. Let's all agree on one critical cost factor here. How much did it cost us, to obtain this client? How easy is it, to lose this client? Now that we have established a dollar value on our client, each client came to us with some form of advertising. Each time we advertise there is a cost involved, knowing the value of each client is understand the term we use for getting a bang for our advertising dollar.

Believe it or not, your customers are not just looking for the "lowest price" when they're deciding to buy (regardless of what they say).

There are many deciding factors to be taken into consideration, such as "how well do they like you". Here is an example. If you were competing for business at your best friends place of business and a complete stranger were competing against you, who do you think would win?

Unless you were running a very second rated business and your best friend knew it, you would more than likely win. Here is Why this would be this would happen! You have a personal relationship with him. He already knows who you are, what you're all about and to some extent has confidence in you.

Now let's take the next step. If you could show or provide ways of making your client, your best friend. You would create a competitive edge over your competition and more than likely win his trust, resulting in a sale. When your client knows you and what you have to offer, it becomes a personal transaction among two people who know each other. Why it is so critical to establishing a bond with your clients, as l covered in my topic regarding my NEWSLETTER Your customers already feel at easy, because they have knowledge of your company and what you can provide and do for them base on your past track record.

One very simple step to establishing a personal relationship or as I like to call it, romancing your client. How do you romance your client is by sending each and every client a personal letter or a simple thank you note. Personal letters create an existing personal relationship with someone. A personal letter allows you to have a conversation with the reader (we all know it is one-sided). Provides you with the perfect opportunity to update the text with any new information you want them to have.

Think about this situation in some of them old war movies we have all watched. The part where all the soldiers are standing around the mail person as he hands out the mail. Each soldier stands up excitedly waiting to see if he got a letter from home.

The moment he gets his message, he tears it open, founds a comfortable spot and reads each and every word over and over again. People love getting personal letters. People just love reading about other people's lives and what is going on with their lives. Think about the last time you got a personal letter, how did you feel? It has been a real long time has it not.

It's a very useful tool for keeping your clients romanced and building trust with one another. When was the last time you got a thank you letter for an item that you purchased from a company. What You can't recall, so is it not the time for you to take this very simple step, and making it work for you. Great Expectations are Expected With These Scores

Great Expectations

It's a story l came across and decided to share with you all who read it l thought it was rather funny and had something to offer us here at Apsense, but only you can be the judge. I hope you enjoy it, and it made you smile all that matters.

On the first day of school, a teacher was glancing over the roll when she noticed a number after each student name, such as 154, 136 or 142.

"Wow! Look at these IQ's," she said to herself. "What a super class." The teacher promptly determined to work harder with this class than with any other she ever had.

Throughout the year, she came up with innovative lessons that she thought would challenge the students because she didn't want them to get bored with work that was too easy.

Her plan worked! The class outperformed all the other classes that she taught in the usual way.

Then, during the last quarter of the year, she discovered what those numbers after the students name were: their locker numbers.

The lesson here is very simple if you have the attitude from the start you can pretty much accomplish anything you want to settle so never your goals or desire little if you think who you are you will become who you think you are it's all in your mindset. It all started because she thought that they were top achievers, and she didn't want to disappoint them, and she believed and convinced herself that she had to apply extra effort. It is all how you see yourself will determine what you can accomplish in life so never settle for anything less than you deserve.

How to Use The Power of Kindness and Giving

A particular kind of happiness can be found by fulfilling the wishes of others - it can be considered a way of paying it forward.


Helen Keller said:

"Happiness cannot come from without. It must come from within. It is not what we see and touch or that which others do for us which makes us happy: it is that which we think and feel and do first for others than for ourselves."

Reflect on that as you go through this posting because kindness and giving to others is about creating hope, visions and dreams of a future. Our culture, at least, the way I see it in western civilization is not so civilized anymore. We have become a society of entitlement with a "me-oriented focus". It has become less and less of others with a more consistent approach to ME.

The truth is we don't seem to give enough anymore - no kindness - no compassion - no caring. What kind of values do we have if we do not care for our fellow man? If you want to be happy, then practice a giving and caring compassion for others. If you wish to live life to the fullest instead of just 40 or 50 percent of your true potential then offering gifts of kindness to another human being will create a sense of your real worth and value, which in turn acts as a fuel for the desires, dreams and visions of others.

Kindness and giving can be contagious, and it will draw people towards you. We live what we learn, and if we are not teaching the next generation to be better, to be considerate, to add value to others then this world of "entitlement and me only" will just worsen.

Consider this, with persistence and patience each on their own, can do their part one person at a time. To offer a gift of kindness and to teach others to do their role and within a short period we can be back to the world where we care and give to our fellow man for the betterment of all humankind.

WE can be the stuff that dreams are made of by offering to others so that we are the stuff of their dreams come true. It is not about giving each of us our pat on the back for doing small acts of giving and kindness. It's about our generosity being strictly anonymous and pure with no desire or expectation of acknowledgment, reward or anything in return.

Remember the most successful and the most fulfilled are those people who care and show giving to others for the mere satisfaction in the happiness they bring others.

Jss Trippler and the Ramifications

I'm not going to make too many friends with this article though I been thinking about the ramifications of Jss trippler. And then it hit me.

If Jss tripled your investment, then that means somebody in your downline had to pay for that. Maybe you are an excellent marketer, and you are doing quite well with the program. In a triple up the system, there will always be 2/3rd of people who will not make any real money with Trippler. So how does it make you feel knowing that the majority of your downline will not make much money and maybe even lose some money?

It may be legitimate and legal, and you are doing well with Jss Trippler! Who am I to tell you what to market on the internet? I'm not the FDC! I'm just an honest God fearing man with a conscious that wonders about how my actions affect the world.

I don't have everything I want though I have a big vision. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. You know these are tough times for many people! Last night I was walking downtown Miami near the metro rail! I saw the homeless population that has almost tripled in the past couple years.

One man who stuck out from the rest. I felt like I had to talk to him. Turns out this homeless man is smart and he was reading a bunch of books. This guy was one of the casualties of the collapsed housing market. I gave him something for breakfast and come to find out he was a vet. I told myself when I am ready I will come back and help these people rise out of poverty for those that are willing to work for it.

I think the best programs are ones that people can offer real services or products in exchange for a fair amount. Ultimately the best businesses are ones where you work as a team, and everyone is helping each other to succeed. Knowing that if I help you grow I will grow as well.

If I sold something to somebody, I want to be able to talk to them six months from now, and they tell me thanks for helping them. Guess what I made a customer for life if I can accomplish this goal.

If you are doing well with JSS right now I believe you can do well with many different things! Don't put all your eggs in one basket even if you're getting golden eggs right now! Those Golden eggs might be rotten later.

If your Not doing good with Jss be careful not to sell yourself short. There are lots of great opportunities out there! Just step out of the box and think Big. You can find your unique niche. If you can do business on helping other people prosper then, you will grow beyond your wildest dreams.
