Who we are and how we think generally informs our reactions to various complex situations in life. Your responses to any given situation, whether in business or personal life, often dictate unpleasant outcomes.

Rather than taking our time and responding in a professional, polite manner, we spend most of our lives reacting. We become accustomed to this kind of recognition in every situation we encounter. We often neglect to pause and reflect before responding to any personal remarks directed towards us.

How many times have you found yourself in this type of environment, whether it's a text, email, or a face-to-face confrontation? Instead of taking a deep breath, we respond with a text, email, or reply to the person we are conversing with. I acknowledge that I have made mistakes on numerous occasions. We all have been.

So how do we change our approach when facing confrontation? The first thing you should do is take a deep breath and allow your mind to calm down before you react to the irritating statement. Pause your thoughts and reflect on the words spoken or the information you've read. You might need to practice this several times until you feel comfortable with how you're starting to react now to the rude words; that would usually trigger a reply without thinking.

When dealing face-to-face with a hostile disagreement, you should just look at the person and watch how they react. Sometimes they will calm down, providing time for you to analyze the statement that agitated you. Now you can calmly reply to the remark with the smartest, most compassionate response possible. Sometimes the smartest thing to do is leave a bad situation. Some remarks are not worthy of a reply.

By changing your words, you will create positive and productive results.

How to Change unacceptable habits to positive habits

In my previous article, I discussed strategies for avoiding costly mistakes during the process of building your success. The most significant change we all need to address is our habits; while some may be acceptable, the majority are simply unacceptable. Is there a formula for this quadratic equation?

I like to use the puppy approach; if your dog dies, you replace it with a new dog and learn to love it. It helps you cope with the loss of your beloved dog, who has been a part of your family for years. Applying this strategy to any obsession you're struggling with requires an active practice that fosters growth and a positive mindset.

When you replace an unacceptable pattern with a particular affirmative habit, it helps you forget that pattern ever existed or provides temporary relief until you adjust to removing it totally from your daily routines. Similar to the aftermath of a breakup with a loved one, most people attempt to find a replacement for their loss. They need that comfort zone—it's not easy, but it's helpful until they adjust to a suitable partner.

If we understand this practice correctly, each time we want to make an adjustment, such as breaking away from a bad habit, we need to replace it with a substance that will occupy our time during the unpleasant feelings we are experiencing. Keeping your mind occupied is an essential element; I do agree it is easier said than consummated.

Here's a perfect example: you want to quit drinking, but how do you find a replacement? You get home, and the first thing you do is crack open a bottle of beer, perhaps a glass of wine, or whatever it is you enjoyed drinking. Consider exercising, going for a jog, taking a walk, or simply riding your bicycle instead of consuming alcohol. You need something to substitute the terrible habit of drinking during those times.

Rather than following the same route home, where you would typically pause to grab your preferred beverage, consider taking a different route. These small steps are crucial for achieving this kind of success. During your drive home, you will see new things and not stop at the same shop.

Essential Elements for Breaking Bad Habits

The first step you will need to establish is the pattern you want to remove from your daily routines. The mind has mysterious abilities when you write down the problem you want to remove permanently. Write a short description of what you are craving to change, along with the strategy you will use to eliminate this pattern. Share your emotions and feelings, explaining why you need to modify this habit from your life and how it will transform your attitude. Describe how this change will enhance your present circumstances and foster a more productive mindset.

You will need to understand what triggers these unacceptable patterns. 
Who is with you when these obstacles arise? 
Are you in an unfamiliar or uncomfortable place? 
Do they occur at a particular time of day?

How to Avoid costly mistakes well building you're Success

The number one obstacle will always be the person who is pressing to achieve success; that would be you. No one is responsible for your past failures; understanding this will help you define yourself. The reason I make this statement is that it is never our fault; we never take accountability for our personnel development. However, we never change our methods of approaching it with a confident frame of mind.


Understanding our miscalculations is like winning a lottery; we then have the ability to improve our vulnerabilities. We are all humans; we deal with numerous issues daily, face numerous distractions, and often lose focus. How do we change all of this? Our inner desires are solely focused on achieving success in our lives. We want our spouses and families to feel proud of our achievements.

We have read countless books, listened to CDs, watched videos on personal development, and spent significant amounts of money in an attempt to change our habits. However, nothing works or provides the solutions we are seeking. The reason is that we always give up. The majority of us, though not all, are simply not committed to changing any bad habits we have.

Being unable to focus on your daily goals can be detrimental. The most logical reason I can think of is that most people, myself included, lack a clear understanding of their life goals and aspirations. You think you do, but reality then sets in and slaughters your dream. The primary reason wasn't as significant as you believed it to be.

Another logical reason we all suffer is one of the most misunderstood; few will accept it. The fear of failing stems from the knowledge that our dreams might not materialize again. Fear can also serve as one of the most powerful motivators in your life. You can harness it to propel your aspirations forward. It generates unadulterated energy, igniting your thoughts and influencing your mindset.

Most often, our comfort zone destroys our dreams. When your mind begins to deceive you, it tries to convince you that your life isn't as bad as it seems. Why should you feel the need to make any changes? You have everything you need at the moment. Adopting a risk-taking mindset will yield the results you have consistently achieved in your personal development.

How can you transform your mindset to achieve a laser-like focus on your desired goals, dreams, and desires? Modifying the people you associate your time with is a good start. Start understanding that time is your most valuable commodity, one you will never get back. Utilize your time wisely and plan your day to tackle and accomplish tasks today, not tomorrow.

My rule is, Yesterday is history. 
Today is a mystery, and tomorrow is an adventure.



You must embrace all new challenges that arise as opportunities. Recognize that intelligence develops over time; if you don't understand something, research it thoroughly. Google it, and study what you did not know at the time. You will find the answers. Learn from all of your past mistakes, and never repeat them again.


Keeping a daily journal is not a detrimental idea; during your private time, write about your day's activities, some positive, some negative. The reason for this is that you can always go back and reread your journal, allowing you to learn from your experiences. Just the other night, I re-read some of my thoughts from 1987. I reflected, "Well, I forgot about how happy I was on that day." I did it before. I can achieve this mindset once again. You understand why keeping a daily journal is beneficial. No one knows I do this—my private time, my thoughts, emotions, as well as a little history of the past. However, the secret is now revealed.

Marketing is an unpredictable environment, what worked yesterday may not work today; if we keep this in mind, we will adopt and implement current market trends in our niche industry.  Understanding our market is the most important aspect of becoming a very creative and innovator marketer.  We can write the most original articles, but if no one reads them, they are counterproductive and nowhere to be found in cyberspace.
Marketing is not only a skill but an “Art”; we need to multiply our audience, gain their attention and entice them to read further what we are offering. Once we have accomplished this step, we have an opportunity to make a first-class impression.  So let’s be fair the most import line on your ad, would be the headline of your article. What we all read first, the headline also know as the title of any article, book, etc. If it does not trigger our interest, more than as we click on the next item until we found one we like. Let’s review some ideas to writing real ingenious headlines for your ads, articles or eBooks.
-Telegraph the promise of a positive benefit.
-Emphasize the strongest benefits in conjunction with your niche market, as competent as possible.
-Outline two and sometimes three benefits on your title that will seduce readers.
-Stay away from fancy words; keep it simple and easy to understand.
-Review and make sure you have used proper spelling and grammar.
-The last one l like using is to make your headline stand alone.

Writing creative headlines is an art and science all in itself, and well worth spending some time learning and mastering.  The best headlines written are the ones you find on tabloids, such as “The National Enquirer” (l would strongly recommend and suggest you studying these ads in the tabloids.)
They have some of the best Headlines that gain your immediate curiosity and for unknown reasons you have done what they wanted you to do. Buy their useless material! Here are some examples of some original and productive headlines those tabloids like to use. “AMAZING DIET SECRETS OF HOLLYWOOD ACTRESS THAT CAUSES OVERWEIGHT LOSS.”  
You can see how this will work for you, and again you bought their magazine their mission was successful. The headline caught your attention.
With a stronger comprehension of how important a "Headline" you should review and change your headline or title until it has some of the fundamental ideas l have listed for you.

How do we Protect Ourselves with Hyperinflation

First of all, we need to understand what the term Hyperinflation means? It is currently happening worldwide the country can not sustain or keep up with their deflated currency.  Everything we bought yesterday costs more today.


How and where do we invest our money in, certainly not with any bank, stocks are very unpredictable, the same with most mutual funds, or stock options, very confusing and expensive if we decided on the wrong road for our financial return. Could cost our retirement savings we had at one time. Here is the best performing asset in 2016.

I am no expert in this field, but I do listen to the ones that are experts in this area of expertise, Jim Rickards, Mike Maloney, and  Nick Barisheff to mention a few. What controls inflation, debt indeed plays an essential element. Take for example the American deficit at the end of 2015 was $18.1 Trillion dollars with a budget for the fiscal year of 2016 to be approximate $19.4 trillion, mind boggling. How will America and many other countries make their interest payment on their debt? Print more money which is only a bandage that increases additional inflation.

What backs up the U.S. buck, there is no commodity at all. Why Richard Nixon eliminated the gold standard, so he could have his freedom with the U.S. Buck used all over the world as the currency of choice. When Governments need more money, they just print it, who cares at the time, that is their solution. Then along came Mr Ronald Regan, the white shining armour man who had to compete with the cold war with Russia.

What did this competition prove other than increasing spending on their Military Forces, just created more debt? Ronald wanted to have the most up to date weapons, planes, ships, submarines to protect the world. We do appreciate his judgement, but only got us all into a painful period that took years to come back and haunt us all. It arrived several years ago; Mr Bush help the increases also with his reckless spending with a war that never proved any of the claims he had made.

Some of the Solutions for Hyperinflation

-Central Banks have to stop printing more money so they can keep up with the interest on the deficit.
-Government has to find a way to lower their expenditures 
-Increase taxes, with a better system of collecting taxes that are outstanding. 
-Federal Government has to raise the Reserve Requirements
-Federal Government has to implement stricter limitations, regulations with tougher disclosure for mortgage brokers and stock brokers
