Using A Newsletter Can Be a Powerful Tool, For Your Business

We as business owners forget about the clients we already have in our database. One of the most powerful tools you can use with your already existing clients is sending out a Newsletter on the monthly basis. An excellent way of creating and developing a personal relationship with your customers. Even if it seems like a one-way relationship, it works.

A newsletter allows you to have a private discussion with your client that is personal and informative. It has proven to have the same effect as you dropping by your clients office and talking to them face to face. The only difference here is that your client can't talk back to you, but that is okay. They have now perceive that you are taking time out of your very busy schedule to be with them. I will tell you this; it works, and you get immediate results.

So you need now to ask yourself, how often should l send out your newsletter? The most effective for me is monthly. Why so often? You more than likely know how quickly your clients forget all about you and your company. If this is not a reasonable time frame, then, at least, send it out quarterly. So you need to write these newsletters, if your not a good writer, then hire someone to do the writing for you.

If you have several different departments, within your company, get each manager of each department to share information that will have an impact and interest to the reader. Display your products, have the picture of your team, hold a monthly contest, provide interesting information to the user and you will have a customer for the rest of your life.

You can spend a few minutes each day developing information for your newsletter before you know it; you have enough original and refreshing information for your clients for that month. The most important key here is to have fun with this new form of advertising. Get your team involved with the newsletter and the rewards will be knocking on your door.

It's one of the most efficient ways of spending advertising dollars and being able to see immediate results from your clients. As you create and develop your newsletter, keep in mind to always try to found ways of improving what you already have. The best way to feel the efficient of your newsletter is by talking and listening, to what your clients have to say about each issue.

How do you do this, whenever you meet your clients, make it a habit to ask them directly their thoughts on the latest newsletter you sent. You can create a link on your newsletter to your website, where your readers can post a comment on your newsletter or run a contest for them to provide you with much-needed feedback.

Long time marketer Justin Wheeler has just created a Wordpress plugin called Easy Fan-Page Design. This plugin allows you to create professional looking Facebook fan pages quickly and easily.


Creating fan-pages for fun or profit has never been easier.

Facebook is HUGE.. and it gets bigger on a daily basis. Vast and small businesses alike need an internet presence. It does not matter if you are a HUGE corporation or a small mom and pop shop... having a web presence allows people to connect with you quickly and easily.

Having both a website and a Facebook page is the BEST... but if you had to choose between the two, the Facebook page would be the better choice.

Let me give you an example, My partner and I have a website, Tops in hCG Drops. We also have a Facebook fan page also about HCG liquid diet drops, they both work together.

Creating Facebook fan pages for yourself or others is a great way to put extra money in your pocket. Not only would you be able to build "Your Own Targeted List" but if you made fan pages for others, you would be able to charge them a fee to do so.

Most people think they don't have the time, or there would be too much to learn to create their Facebook fan page just don't tell them how easy it is to make GREAT looking Facebook fan pages when you use Easy Fan-Page Design.

Here is another pointer on how to earn money also do you know how to market/promote? Those same people who are too busy to make their Facebook fan pages are probably too busy to support it too. Offer to help them develop it for them for a fee and earn extra income from that as well.

What is “APSense” what will it do for you are some of the questions you have to understand, and honestly ask yourself? A Very Old Story-But With a Moral We Can Use

I'd like to suggest we all take the time to read an old story titled "The Emperor's New Clothes."
I think we all remember this one. The Emperor commissioned an outfit from a group of scammers. These scammers would pretend to sew on this beautiful set of clothes whenever the emperor was around. They convinced him it was the most beautiful outfit in existence.

He decided to wear these beautiful clothes while parading through the streets of his kingdom. The adults of course not wanting to offend him or thinking that perhaps the clothes were so regal that they couldn't see them, oohed and oohed over the emperor's outfit until finally a small boy who did not know any better stated the obvious. He just said, "The emperor is naked". That one statement made everyone face reality.

All too often, we see the same thing in internet marketing. Many people are buying "the emperor's clothes". We see people jumping into these opportunities only to find out that what they thought they were getting was only in their imagination.

We see people jumping on this new e-book or that new marketing plan and when you take away the hype and get down to bare bones, what do you have? It's time someone said "The emperor is naked" so people can face reality and stop joining in the fantasy.
