What are the steps to effectively recruit more prospects, analogous to ascending a ladder? Miss a step, and you will fall; it makes sense. Correct? You need to understand you are dealing with egos, period. Like mastering the ability to solve a quadratic equation. It's a highly complex process, so why should it be made so difficult? People today have lost the ability to listen, not to understand, but to respond. Consider the statement I just made; it's a common occurrence.
Having a mindset with the only thing you need to remember is to listen; it is pretty confusing to many. It's not entirely our fault; it's simply our nature to react hastily. Sometimes, it's important to take a deep breath, listen intently, and engage in a game I like to refer to as ping pong. He hits the ball, and I hit it back. Maintain the ball's trajectory over the net, then attempt to hit it back. If you are performing well, your opponent will likely return the hit. Why is it crucial to respond to a question with another question? This approach keeps the conversation flowing.
