Here are The Reasons on Why I have Not Updated My Blog

Life has a way of taking a hold of your time and focusing "YOU" on a different journey. So much has happened since l last wrote a post here, some good some not so good, but how life is.

Been spending a lot of time on home improvements, since my ex-wife finally moved out. We left on good terms, so that is a positive thing. Started with my kitchen, next thing l know l am painting the ceilings, walls, replacing the floors along with all the light fixtures, sink, faucet, you're getting the picture.

 Now the problem is the rest of the house needs my attention, soon to the bathroom same thing, living and dining room, hallways, removed carpet replaced with hardwood, that is a job all on its own. The proper tools is a requirement, why to try to do something if it is not your best work. Fortunately, l had most of the tools to do the job with a professional finish, which I am happy.

Now that first floor is all completed, it's on to the second floor, but before we get there, I need to change the stairs from Oak to Mahogany finish. Wow have you ever sanded banisters on stairs, no fun at all.  I Paid my son to do the dirty job, and then l applied the applications to make them look entirely different.

The madness has not come to an end as of yet, still have the second floor to finish off along with hallways, painting, drywall and all the prep time it takes for you to be ready to paint and lay down the new floor. Since my son works from home he wants me to build him a Music Studio, yes a studio so l did. What his into master and engineering music, along with performing, writing killer lyrics, with the correct beats to enhance it to another level of perfection, as well as producing, and god knows what else.  So now l need to get back to the laundry room, replace the waste pump, and then the sump pump, might as well do it all correct, replace all light fixtures. Yes, l also replace furnace and the air conditioning since l got my money worth for both items. When l said l was updating my house was not taking any short cuts. Had to replace all the pumps since they were pretty old, and could go at any time.


By the way, l am not looking for a part time paying job doing what l enjoy making home improvements. Looking towards having this project finally complete within the next three months. How it is when you do it part time.

You're Personal Energy Can Create an Abundance of Wealth

Personal Human Energy is by far too valuable of an asset to waste. Therefore never waste it in arguing with people or try to convince someone who is of a different opinion. The only thing that accomplishes is resentment from both parties, frustration, energy depletion. It does not change the other person's opinions nor does it accomplish anything positive. There are far too many individuals who are on the same wave link we are. Invest your energy in these types of people because it increases your energy creates a win-win success for all involved.

The reason many people fail and lose friendships at the same time is because they are trying to make one kind seed produce another type seed of fruit. Brain Tracy said when your friends and family tell you they are not interested in your opportunity. "Believe Them."

What good is prosperity without peace, money without management, success that comes by way of stress? There is a much better way to wealth and success, and it comes by the way of "Principal." People get lost in spending all their time on details instead of principal when they should be spending the majority of their focus on principal, and the details will take care of themselves.

Money problems and pressure does not come from the economy, lack of talent and ability or a lack of education. Most of the time those conditions are the result of neglecting principal, Many people have created a million dollar portfolio on a $40,000 a year income while others ended up broke and bankrupt who had a million dollar annual income.

The key to financial freedom is not how much you earn but how you "Position" what you earn. The secret is to learn how to take the money you receive and apply "Positional Equity" to it. Taking some of your paper currency that you now work so hard to accumulate and turn it into "Gold Currency" is one of the best ways to apply positional equity to your income.

How to Eliminate Your Financial Calculated Risk, when you invest!

Keeping you up to speed, with some of the world crises in global investing. Trying to understand why the asset gold has become a calculated risk that has been eliminated due to some of the real reasons you're about to learn!  It's more than likely an article you will benefit from, more importantly, see your (ROI) increased when you follow this concept.

Why would you invest in options, assets, stocks, or mutual funds, etc.? Without doing, you're research, with each investment vehicle. The key here, is you're playing with your money. The real stuff, the only pain you will suffer is in your wallet.

Education, or educating yourself is a lifetime process! Investing changes daily, you need to follow the trends, cycles of investing with your investment. It's your money, why would you not do this? Take a financial adviser's word, we all know they make money with every move they share with you. We all been there, except for the results!

This article l am about to share with you will provide you with the education you may or may not need. But it will open up your eye's on how to invest, differently. Now you're in control of the direction of your (ROI.) Who else would you want to be able to direct your money you have invested. The only person stopping from financial success is you.
