"Do You Depend on Others for You're Success!"

Be extremely careful who you depend on. I have seen financial empires and economic fortunes lost and crumbled because people trusted and depended upon people. You're financial future, and business is far too significant and precious to leave in the hands of other people who are not qualified to be depended upon.

I make it mandatory whoever I work with, or partner with me personally Mentor and they go through our Mentorship program. If anyone refuses to learn our Leadership system no matter how good the opportunity looks I walk away period, no negotiation on that principle. Even the people I have personally trained and worked with for over a year sometimes go wrong, fly north and let us down like a led balloon. If the people you train go south at times, why would you want to "Depend" on anyone who does not know your systems, method of operation, mindset, business ethics, principals or long term goals.

Too many times we "Depend" on people who have no clue what we expect, what we want, what we do, how we do it but Say that they do! Depending upon people is a very, very dangerous thing and should never be taken lightly.

For the majority of inhabitants, they have good intentions and mean well, but what comes out of their mouth means "Absolutely Nothing." I am always on a constant mission to train and educate those around me and eliminate those who have proven I cannot depend on them. Depending upon people that will impact your life, "You don't trust anyone?" I trust people, but I am very careful who I depend upon. Trusting someone and depending are two different things. Here are the five top culprits that will cause you to rely on people that end up in disastrous outcomes.

1) They Have Lots of Potential. These are the most dangerous people to depend upon. We fall head over heels for people that have talents, skills, ability, and potential. We find these people, and we entrust our entire future in their hands. I do not look for talent, nor possible but "Character, Teachable, and proven Dependability."

2) They talk Good. They start talking, and when they are done you are amazed and say "they are Smooth" but "Ex-Lax" makes you "Flow Smooth" too, so what is the problem.

3) They were Successful in the Pass. Who cares if they were rich in the past, why are they broke now?

4) They are a Good Person. I am sure they are, being a real person, with a good heart, and even right intentions do not guarantee that they are dependable.

5) I Want to Help Them. If that is the case, sit down and write them a check for up to half of all you have and send them on their way. That will cost you less money, stress and problems than depending on them.

Marketing just isn't forever one, is it? We all need to understand a direction that needs to be taken in order for self-growth that provides us with a direction towards success.

The useless opportunities that are there, are endless with more than likely zero results on the presentation that had all the hype. Why even talk about it, happens every second on the world wide web.

So ask yourself this question are you a hopper? What is a Hopper? A hopper has no confidence in their abilities, looking for some magical dust that will solve all their financial problems as a start.

If l have your attention, l need you to do this........turn off all the other sites you're on... including mobile phone.. See if you do this, one thing will occur; benefits have a price. The hardest price to pay is dedication, we all have plastic, correct and some cards are not in good financial shape.

If you dedicate and applied these's two powerful words that will provide you with your "why's' of accomplishing additional or first-time success in your life. The words you will learn will determine your focus, desire and why you're doing this.

Why kid yourself, that is just wasted time and human energy. So let's watch this presentation and learn what them two words are. Yes, l could have typed them, but that is not you being dedicated to your personal success. Review this, over and over, l do it daily... l listen to him... why he made me motivated.

Made you really think, if you watched it and understood why only one percent actually make it in this field, odds are really not that good. But it achieves able when you apply them two words and you look in the mirror and say.... the magical word............ only works for a very few...

Investing in your abilities is the smartest direction

Is the ability to invest in yourself improvements daily! How do we do that is what Napoleon Hill said when you think differently. Then there is a need for your thinking, and the world will find you. Investing in your daily education is a journey with success, you're in the right direction daily, it takes time. Why? It will have all the desires you have played in your inner mind daily, you see it, feel it and most of all you never give up on your dreams.

Success is not another get an abundant opportunity; they work some of the time but most fail, as some of the items that are stored in your garage that you never used again. Think about what l just shared, we all have articles and programs we invested in, and they become another item on the shelf. Look around and you're surrounded by things you invested in but never used it the way you should have or at least what caught your attention in the first place.

The key to success is how you place your abilities, and success has many different meanings as your's also does. Success is a word that has our attention, we all want it, but what will do to attract success. Becoming a leader and sharing knowledge that will have immediate benefits to the readers and your downline on multi-level marketing programs, filled with personal contact. Developing and sharing what you have mastered and reproducing leaders on your team is a precious reward for future development. All takes time; we are humans we have many obstacles to overcome. Why we never succeed, we always see the negative part of the equation first, when we should see the positive side.

Picking the right company is the first step, but having support from your team will make you earn your success and build a rewarding business that you believe in. That you will also slowly duplicate as your staff also grows why multi level marketing can be rewarding when you have the correct guidance to lead and become a leader. Leaders are not born; that are trained to become leaders and share their fountain of knowledge.

It's how we do it with our team; we develop Leaders who will also develop new leaders to repeat the same successful blueprint to future growth one member at a time. Where most fail, they sell the pay plan first, then guess what? He/She was not ready for failure when they did not make what you shared with them. It's like snakes and ladders, how this game is played, avoid them snakes and look for steps that take you to your dreams. You will know it when you find that leadership. But never give up.

If you think of yourself as being fat, you will be fat. If you think of yourself as being friendless and of no use to anyone, you can also fulfill those prophecies. The point is that negative imagines are self-destructive and self-fulfilling.

There is no reason for anyone to have a poor self-image on a long term basis, in spite of any excuse that might be offered. The excuse that l heard the most often is that people have been told from early childhood by their parents that they should not strive for individual levels, as they cannot expect ever to be that competent or capable.

It starts at an early age in life, a foundation that can have an ever lasting effect on a child and the sad part is we didn't even know that we had something to do with how that child turns out to be. We are all so busy in life that we need to focus and make time to teach our children positive ways and show them encouragement and let them know that you take an interest in all that they do. Whether it's a test result, a picture they just painted or whatever it might be, show real affection to them, and you will see a big difference in your child.

So the next time you see you child sitting all by him or herself, and you walk up to them and ask what the matter is, and they say nothing. Well, we all have heard that statement, you need to stop all your are doing and found the root of why he or she is feeling that way. In most case it only takes a few minutes of your precious time, but it will be the best few minutes that you invested all day.

How do you define the word "LUCK"

This word is a word that is overused in many fields of life, we have all used it in one way or another. We all wish we had a little more luck in our daily lives. Some of the terms how this word is used.

He has so much luck in life.

Only if l had some luck l too could be like him.

Why can't l have in luck in my life?

We could go on and on and never really understand what it means or how it is defined. Luck to me is defined this way, and l will explain why.

There is no such thing as luck you can control and create your luck at work, in business by having the correct knowledge to obtain the success that you deserve....................Except if your buying lottery tickets, then it's a whole new word to me also.............If someone founds the definition of that sort of LUCK, please share it with all of us.

Are You A Star AT Show and Tell

STARS ALSO KNOW HOW TO USE THE RIGHT MESSAGE WITH THE right audience at the right time. They are superb communicators. But being a good communicator doesn't always mean "being on." In fact, one of the things that average performers do wrong is to communicate over: Every day, they send another memo to the boss. They chatter on, but they have done anything to contribute. People turn a deaf ear to them. Star performers know how to time their message, and how to craft them, so people pay attention.

If you want to excel at "show and tell," understand your audience: What moves people in a particular audience? Who do they listen to? What languages makes sense to them?

For one person, it's going to be dollars; for another, it's going to be valued. You match that language with the way you deliver information---whether you're making a presentation, sending a memo, or cornering someone in the hallway to test an idea.

Figure out the message that moves people, put it into the language they speak and deliver it in a way that works for them.

The whole concept here is for you to understand how to perform without even having to think about what you're doing, working at your highest ability. Showcasing your talents and address solutions that provide the reason for your audience to listen to what you're saying.
