Imagine if you could do this, your biggest obstacles with any industry your are involved with. Without prospects, you have absolutely no way of generating a return on your investment. Investments have many meanings, you either invested money or a combination of the worst possible investment, Time, and money, one of them you will never get back. Simple fact!

There are so many programs out there that only have one goal how much can they generate from suckers like us. Hey, I have researched most of them, yes they have merit, for the one's who use it. Most never do, they expect an autopilot type of system. Meaning they have the ability, to do nothing, no magical dust in this industry. It is called Labour by love.

So what are the steps for success in recruiting more prospects no different than walking up a ladder? Miss a step you will fall, makes sense. Correct? You need to understand you are dealing with ego's, period. Like mastering the ability to solve a quadratic equation. The Very complicated process, so why make it so difficult? The lost ability in life today, people do not listen to understand, they listen so they can reply. Think about what I just wrote, we all have done this.

Having a mindset with the only thing you need to remember is to listen, it is pretty confusing to many. Not really our fault, just how we are we react too quickly. At times you need to take a deep breath and listen and play the game I call ping pong. He hits the ball, and I hit it back. Other words he asks me a question and I answer it with a question, keep the conversation alive with progression

Dale Carnegie taught this process in "How to Win Friends and Influence People," a best seller. If you have never read this book, please read it and learn from the master. Another one I keep under my bed for the simple reason, it is easily accessible. Is David Schwartz "The Magic of Thinking Big," you need to read this book if you want to make it in any industry.

Prospecting is so simple no different than trying to get a date, all you want is the ability to share some common interests, then make your move. Sounds so easy it is when you think of the ladder one step at a time, miss one you will fall. Listen and then answer the question with a question. Keep the ball coming over the net, and hit it back and you will know if you are on your game he or she will hit it back. Why it is very important to answer a question with a questions keeps the conversation alive.

If you have an interest in this subject, you can post a comment on what your biggest fears are about cold calling, prospect, being able to do more three-way calls, with someone who understands more than you. People join companies not because of the rewards, but for the individual who introduce them to the opportunity. If you are going to make it in this industry, you need to become an "Alpha Type of Person" only three percent make it or have this ability.

What is the actual meaning of the word hustle, how can it increase your passion with your desire? It's great to have the desire, goals, dreams, and passion in your life. But we all need to understand what our purpose in life is, this is the primary stimulator for achieving our goals.

Let's define what the meaning of our purpose in our lives is without boundaries! We all have a purpose to accomplish a legacy to leave behind for our grandkids to fully understand our accomplishments. Once we know what our purpose in life is, it will become much easier for us to establish our progress towards achieving our mission.

When people say what should my "Life Purpose" be, what they are saying is what can I do with my free time and make it more meaningful.  This is when the verb "Hustle" comes into play if you hustle to accomplish your passion for becoming a musician, you need to understand that your work will be rejected countless times before you hit the right notes, and it becomes excepted.

You need that desire to continue excluding failure as part of your progress. Think of how many times Thomas Edison failed with perfecting the light bulb thousands and thousands of times before he had the perfect working light bulb. Having this type of mindset and understanding each failure gets you one step closer to your mission is vital.

When you were a child, your perspective on life was exclusively different, for the simple reason you had no boundaries and were able to dream about what you wanted to become and achieve with your life. Then we became logical and lost our consciousness and abilities to visualize our dreams, desires and passion for what to do with our time. I wrote this post explaining on what you can do to make yourself unstoppable with your passion.  

You need to define in detail what your Life Purpose is, once you know what you want to dedicate your time to your passion of becoming whatever it is you want to become. Your ultimate purpose in life is to seek self-actualization a right balance at all levels of your life. Physiological Needs, Safety, Security, Protection, Belonging with Love, self-Esteem, self-respect, healthy with your mind and body, along with creative self-growth.

The more creative your title and article becomes, the curiosity factor kicks in, making you stand alone with an audience that will follow and read your articles.  The internet has drastically changed; competition for the same brand is overwhelming, overpowering and creates a tremendous opportunity for you to succeed.  The originality, creativity of headlines is truly none existing when promoting affiliated programs on the internet. They all use the same splash pages, landing pages, links that lead the reader to the same program he just read 15 minutes ago on another social media site.

How To Understand Your Weaknesses and convert them into you're strengthens

We all have a mission with our lives; we also have a burning desire to achieve individual goals and dreams. How many of us know what our purpose or passion in life is, why most of us work in a job we hate. Why do we do things we dislike with our lives, whether it is a relationship or any other obstacle that will hold our abilities from progressing forward.

How do we change our self-direction if it is not providing us with any self-development for our future?  We write out our goals; we can see what we want in our inner minds, but never achieve it. One of the most logical reasons I can come up with is that it is not all that important if it was, we would focus on it until we achieved it. Alternatively, perhaps we just do not know how to make the commitment to changing our mindset to becoming the person we want to become. It will take an enormous amount of time, effort and, discipline to make adjustments to our mindset.

Step One:

One of the simplest ways to understanding what are your strengthens and weakness is by writing them out on a piece of paper. Take a sheet of paper and write on one side the Pros and the other side the Cons. Cons being your weaknesses and the Pros being your strengthens. Providing you with a crystal clear perspective of what is holding you back.  You will have a lot of fun with this simple exercise, and it will demonstrate many areas about who you are, that you had no idea even existed.

Step Two:

I always like to start with the Pros, and it establishes a positive flow for you getting started. You will change this, many times as new streams of ideas come to your mind. Try writing out 25 items for each section; this is important because you will then eliminate 15 of the ones that are not the most significant achievements and keep the ten most important things as your Pros and 15 for your Cons. The reason I say keep 15 for your Cons is that this is the section that you want to improve on.

Step Three:

Once You have chosen the ten most important Strengthens, you have within your abilities and the fifteen weaknesses you are going to change forever. Becomes your cheat sheet of who you are, remember you can always go back and revise this list it is not written in stone as of yet. You will know when you have your master copy of strengthens and weaknesses. Once your satisfied with what you have in front of your eyes we will move on to the next step.

Step Four:

The hardest steps you will need to be as honest with yourself as possible. Otherwise, this exercise will become a waste of your energy and not have any effect on your development with your mission in life. Now I Need you to write 25 goals that are the most significant accomplishments that you want to achieve. Once you have written, all 25, eliminate 15 of them and only keep the ones that are truly rated as a ten, not a seven or a nine "but a ten" this is imperative.


Final Step:

You now have your purpose in life written out; it could be anything that you have a burning desire to do, and you will do anything to achieve it. Whether it is getting a new job, new relationship, starting a new company as long as it is the most important ten items you want to achieve.

With each goal, you will need to write a precious reason on why it is important to you and how you're going to achieve each one. The more details you provide with this goal will help you understand why you need this to be part of your life. I would not add any dates on when you need to achieve this. Only adds additional tension that you do not need

Each morning in front of a mirror you will want to read them out loud to yourself, and believe it is happening 25 times and repeat this process again before you go to be, so your subconscious mind will take over as you sleep. Repetitive is the mother of all skills, simple as that. Do this each and every day and you will see a drastic change in how you think and react. People will see you totally like a different person; you will walk and talk with confidence that you never knew you had.
