How To Understand Your Weaknesses and convert them into you're strengthens

We all have a mission with our lives; we also have a burning desire to achieve individual goals and dreams. How many of us know what our purpose or passion in life is, why most of us work in a job we hate. Why do we do things we dislike with our lives, whether it is a relationship or any other obstacle that will hold our abilities from progressing forward.

How do we change our self-direction if it is not providing us with any self-development for our future?  We write out our goals; we can see what we want in our inner minds, but never achieve it. One of the most logical reasons I can come up with is that it is not all that important if it was, we would focus on it until we achieved it. Alternatively, perhaps we just do not know how to make the commitment to changing our mindset to becoming the person we want to become. It will take an enormous amount of time, effort and, discipline to make adjustments to our mindset.

Step One:

One of the simplest ways to understanding what are your strengthens and weakness is by writing them out on a piece of paper. Take a sheet of paper and write on one side the Pros and the other side the Cons. Cons being your weaknesses and the Pros being your strengthens. Providing you with a crystal clear perspective of what is holding you back.  You will have a lot of fun with this simple exercise, and it will demonstrate many areas about who you are, that you had no idea even existed.

Step Two:

I always like to start with the Pros, and it establishes a positive flow for you getting started. You will change this, many times as new streams of ideas come to your mind. Try writing out 25 items for each section; this is important because you will then eliminate 15 of the ones that are not the most significant achievements and keep the ten most important things as your Pros and 15 for your Cons. The reason I say keep 15 for your Cons is that this is the section that you want to improve on.

Step Three:

Once You have chosen the ten most important Strengthens, you have within your abilities and the fifteen weaknesses you are going to change forever. Becomes your cheat sheet of who you are, remember you can always go back and revise this list it is not written in stone as of yet. You will know when you have your master copy of strengthens and weaknesses. Once your satisfied with what you have in front of your eyes we will move on to the next step.

Step Four:

The hardest steps you will need to be as honest with yourself as possible. Otherwise, this exercise will become a waste of your energy and not have any effect on your development with your mission in life. Now I Need you to write 25 goals that are the most significant accomplishments that you want to achieve. Once you have written, all 25, eliminate 15 of them and only keep the ones that are truly rated as a ten, not a seven or a nine "but a ten" this is imperative.


Final Step:


You now have your purpose in life written out; it could be anything that you have a burning desire to do, and you will do anything to achieve it. Whether it is getting a new job, new relationship, starting a new company as long as it is the most important ten items you want to achieve.

With each goal, you will need to write a precious reason on why it is important to you and how you're going to achieve each one. The more details you provide with this goal will help you understand why you need this to be part of your life. I would not add any dates on when you need to achieve this. Only adds additional tension that you do not need

Each morning in front of a mirror you will want to read them out loud to yourself, and believe it is happening 25 times and repeat this process again before you go to be, so your subconscious mind will take over as you sleep. Repetitive is the mother of all skills, simple as that. Do this each and every day and you will see a drastic change in how you think and react. People will see you totally like a different person; you will walk and talk with confidence that you never knew you had.

Keeping your staff focused and motivated has always provided a challenge to the employer and his management team. The key element for a very productive team is implementing the correct mindset. How do we do this and keep the staff on track? Creating the proper mentality starts at the top, there is no wrong way or right way since each industry is different.

As the leader of your team, your staff will look up to you for the proper guidance advice to make them successful. The focus point of any manager whether it is sales, marketing is to remind his sales staff of what they already know. Why is this so difficult, in sales you encounter so many obstacles, that the sales team at times lose confidences in their abilities. You need the right manager or team leader to have a very successful sales team. Why good manager are worth every dime, they will provide results at all levels.


How To Keep Your Team Motivated:


Listen and encourage your team to suggest new ideas that can be implemented to improve the overall environment and create a new rewarding atmosphere to the workplace.

Support your team and reward them for achieving certain milestones that provide to the bottom line at your sales meetings. Getting your team to provide ideas to improve the bottom line is a key factor. No one knows the workplace better than your team. They are the ones who face the customers each and every day.

Create and encourage friendly competition with your staff; it could be for the day, week, or for the month this is a proven method that creates a new desire for the team to win the competition. Everyone wants to be recognized as the best on the team.

Make things interesting, so the team is never bored, at times you will need to shake things up to get their attention. Change certain comfort levels the team enjoys and spends too much time in certain areas that are just not productive.

Create traditions for the calendar year, if it's Thanksgiving than promote it with a Thanksgiving give way, specials or what every fits the occasion. Encourage your team to come up with the best way to promote this event.Getting your staff involved is an excellent way of getting their attention and taking their desire to a different level.

Encourage your staff to take self-improvement courses, learning new skills, keeping your team focused on work and how they can generate more income is a positive way of keeping them sharp.



A few ideas and suggestions to keep your staff alert and motivated, have fun with motivating your team. The results are priceless.

Recognizing why You're sales are down and what You need to do

The worst mistake you can do is to panic, thinking that this sale slump will never come to an end. You start second guessing yourself, wondering what it is your not doing. The smartest thing you can do is take a deep breath, relax your mind. At this current time, the last thing your brain needs is additional pressure from you panicking.


Sometimes you need to back away from all the pressure, what I use to do was go to the gym and have a good hard workout, this cleared my mind. If you are not into working out then, do something entirely different that you enjoy doing. Do a crossword puzzle, anything to get your thoughts away from your sales slump. The more you think about your depression with sales, the problem will only compound without any results.

There is also an old remedy that works for many people it is called de-stressing with healthy foods. Eating certain foods will help you with the stress level you're having currently. Here are some of the examples of healthy foods you can add to your diet.

Keep in mind nothing lasts forever, your sales slump will come to an end sooner than you think. Allow your brain to relax, listen to some meditational music to help your mind come to a complete state of relaxation. It's a proven fact when the brain is exposed to certain music beats it can relieve a lot of useless pressure from your mind. One that I use for me to relax my thoughts fully is the Evening Meditation. 

How to revamp your thinking with a killer sales attitude that will change your current slump and close more sales. Think about baseball; they have a coach for almost every situation, from a bench coach to a pitching coach a first base coach, third base coach along with all the other coaches that the team employees. They correct small mistakes, which the player has no idea he is doing, his off his rhythm, they get him back on track.

What you need to do is review all of your latest sales you have made. Recall all the steps you took to make that sale; each transaction is different. Sit down, analyze each phase with each customer . this will allow you to see how you've made the sale and why you've done the deal. It works like magic, you reinforcing positive vibes that change your thinking and gets you understanding some the mistakes you might have made with the clients you did not close. Just like the baseball player who had it pointed out to him by his coach.

Then get back on track with some sales training, listen to some Zig Ziggler's sales training, to keep you focused, read some good books on sales, how to close more sales. They are countless of books that will help you, achieve more sales. But you need to study them, not just read them like a novel. Big difference explore the concepts that have been laid out for you.

If you apply these steps, you will drastically see results from the moment you meet your first client. You're better prepared; you have new found confidences in your abilities. You become an entirely different person. Hope these tips help you sell more than you ever did, but more importantly sales slump never last forever.

Understanding how to respond to unpleasant situations

Who we are and how we think generally will provide us on how we react to many different complicated situations with life. Whether it's with a business or with your personal life, dictating unpleasant results on how you respond to any given situation.

The truth of the matter we spend most of our lives reacting, rather than taking our time and responding in a professional, polite manner. Our brains are so used to this type of acknowledgement with any given situation we are dealing with.  We do not take the necessary time to allow our mind to pause and think before answering to any personal remarks that are made towards you.

How many times have you found yourself in this type of environment, whether it's a text, email or a face to face confrontation? We do not even take a deep breath; we fire back a text, email or reply to the person who you are talking to. I know I have been guilty on many, on necessary occasions. We all have been.

So how do we change our approach when facing confrontation? The first thing you should do is take a deep breath, allow your mind to calm down before you react to the irritating statement. Pause your thoughts, then think about what was said, or you read.  You might need to practices this several times until you feel comfortable with how you're starting to react now to the rude words; that would usually trigger a reply without thinking.

When dealing face to face with a hostile disagreement, you should just look at the person and watch how they react. Sometimes they will calm down, providing time for you to analyze the statement that agitated you. Now you can calmly reply to the remark, with a the smartest, compassionate response possible. Then there are times, the most intelligent thing to do is walk away from the distressed situation. Some remarks are not worth a reply back.


By changing your words, you will create positive and productive results.

How to Change unacceptable habits to positive habits

On the last article I wrote, it was all about how to avoid making costly mistakes well building your success. The biggest change we all need to address is our habits, some are acceptable, but most are just plain dreadful. How do we change our patterns, not sure there is a formula for this quadratic equation?

I like to use the puppy approach, if your dog dies, you replace it with a new dog, and learn to love it. It helps you with the casualty and loss of your dog that has been part of your family for years. This strategy when applied to any obsession you are having complications with, needs to be addressed with an active practice that allows you to grow with a favorable attitude.

When you replace an unacceptable pattern with a particular affirmative habit, it helps you forget that pattern ever existed, or provides tempory relief until you adjust to removing it totally from your daily routines. No different than when you have a break up with a loved one, most people try and found a replacement for their loss. They need that comfort zone, not easy, but it helps until you adjust to a suitable partner.

If we understand this practice correctly, each time we want to make an adjustment as in breaking away from a bad habit, you will need to replace it with a substance that will occupy your time during the horrible feelings you are having. Keeping your mind occupied is an essential element, I do agree easier said than consummated.

Here is a perfect example you want to stop drinking, how do you replace the drinking? You get home the first thing you do is crack open a bottle of beer, perhaps a glass of wine or whatever it is you enjoyed drinking. Instead of drinking, how about working out, going for a jog, walk, or just taking your bike for a ride. You need something to replace that awful habit during the time you would be drinking.

Instead of taking the same Avenue home, where you would stop and pick up your favorite beverage, take a different path, baby steps but so vital to this type of success. You will not stop at the same shop; you will see other things you have not seen before during your drive home.

Essential Elements for breaking bad habits

The first step you will need to establish is the pattern you want to remove from your daily routines. The mind has mysterious abilities when you write the problem you want to remove permanently. Write a short description of what your craving to change, along with the strategy you will use to eliminate this pattern. Share your emotions, feelings on why you need to modify this habit from your life, and how it will change your attitude. How it will improve your current situation to a more productive frame of mind.

You will need to understand what triggers these's unacceptable patterns.
Who are you with when these obstacles come into play?
Are you at a place where you're not comfortable or familiar with?
Do they occur at a particular time of day?
 

Increase Your results with this process, hidden secret used by a few!

This system you're about to learn is so powerful, you be able to feel a change almost immediately after one session of using it.

The more information you can gather about the habits you want to change when you're writing your plan for action will increase your overall results with the transformation.

What Creates Bad Habits?

Most of the time it has to do with boredom and stress, the primary reasons why we have unacceptable habits, such as drinking, smoking, laziness along with many other habits we have tried to eliminate from our lives. Sometimes the patterns are deeper issues, which will take us a considerable amount of time to understand the root of the problem. In some cases, we may need to seek professional therapy, never be ashamed of taking this route.

Understanding the core source of our unacceptable habits provides a solution that we can implement with satisfactory results. You do not need to be someone else; you need to visualize your success with breaking patterns that are holding you back from a much more peaceful, enjoyable lifestyle.


I hope this will help you get started with breaking any bad habit forever from your life. Remember it will take time, effort but if you dedicate your mind to this program, you will see results with your progress.

How to Avoid costly mistakes well building you're Success

Number one obstacle will always be the person who is pressing to achieve success; that would be you. You have no one to blame for your past failures; understanding this statement will provide a perspective on who you are. The reason I make this statement it is never our fault, we never take accountability with our personnel development. However, we never change our methods of approaching it with a confident frame of mind.


Understanding our miscalculations is like winning a lottery, we then have the ability to improve our vulnerabilities. We are all humans, we deal with many issues daily, too many distractions, we lose focus. How do we change all of this? Our inner desires want nothing more than to become successful with our life. We want our spouse, families also to feel proud of our achievements.

We have read countless books, listened to CDs, watch videos on personal development, spent larger amounts of money for us to change our habits. However, nothing works or provides the solutions we are seeking. The reason, we always give up. Most of us, not all are just not committed to changing any bad habits we have.

The deal destroyer is, not being able to concentrate on what you should be achieving each and every day. The most logical reason I can come up with, most people have no idea what they want in life, I was one of them also. You think you do, but reality then sets in and slaughters your dream. The primary reason was not as important as you thought it was.

Another logical reason we all suffer from is one of the most miss understood circumstances not many will every compromise or concede to it. The fear of failing with knowing our dream might not materialize again. Fear can also be the biggest motivator you will ever have. When you use it to motivate your desires. Creates raw energy that stimulates your thinking with your mindset.

The one that terminates our dreams the most is our comfort zone. When your mind starts to trick you, convince you that your life is not that crummy at all. Why do you have to change anything, you have everything you need at the moment. Having a dangerous mindset will provide you with the results you have achieved countless times, with your personal development.

How do you change your mindset to become laser focused on your goals, dreams, and desires you want to enjoy. Modify the people you associate your time with, is a good start. Start understanding that time is your most valuable commodity, one you will never get back. So use your time efficiently, organize your day with what has to be addressed and achieved today not tomorrow. 


My rule is, Yesterday is History.  
Today is a Mystery and Tomorrow is an Adventure.


You need to embrace all of your new challenges that present themselves like windows of opportunities. Understand that intelligence over time is being developed if you do not understand something do your homework on that topic. Google it, and study what you did not know at the time. You will find the answers. Learn from all of your past mistakes, and never repeat them again.


Keeping a daily journal is not a bad idea, during your private time writing your days activities, some positive, some negative. The reason is you can always go back and re-read it, and learn from what happened. Just the other night I re-read some of my thoughts from 1987. I said well I forgot about how happy I was on that day. I did it before I can achieve this mindset once again. See my point why a daily journal is not a bad idea. No one knows I do this, my private time, my thoughts, emotions as well as a little history of the past. However, now the cat is out of the bag.
